RUN!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We hired EE&G for a remodel including an ADA bathroom remodel, adding ramps outside, and taking out a wall in the kitchen. **** was our project manager and told us the whole job should take 4 weeks to complete. The project started in October 2021 and took 6 months to “complete.” They never actually completed the job: the punch list was not finished, our home was not cleaned, and we are not satisfied with the work. The zero entry shower was initially not sloped correctly, meaning water just flowed out of the shower stall into the bathroom and bedroom so they had to completely redo it. The first subcontractor was FIRED after continuously missing deadlines and causing damage to our home to include conducting wall texturing in our living room without protecting any of the furniture or decor. Ultimately, the second subcontractor refused to come back to finish the job and we were told that it would take EE&G some time to find a new subcontractor to finish the work. This was after 6 months of having people in our home for this project. We opted to just end our relationship with them even though they did not complete the project. Even after we thought we were done interacting with this company, we received a text from the second subcontractor who told us that he was putting a lien on our home because EE&G did not pay him adequately.

We are truly sorry that you had such a bad experience working with our firm. Clearly this is not the type of experience that we intend for our customers, and it goes without saying that we no longer have working relationships with the vendors that worked at your residence. Regarding your project, we did our best to stand by our work and represent your best interests. Both subcontractors were strong performers on other projects, we cannot explain why they did so poorly on your project. We acknowledge that the work performed by our team was sub-par, but we remained as your advocate and stood by our commitment to complete the project. We terminated the subs after performance issues were not being resolved. We had the residence professionally cleaned twice. We agreed to pay for repairs/damage related to the performance of our team. When it was decided to terminate our contract for the project, we agreed to the payment amount proposed by you. Regarding the subcontractor threatening to lien your property, they were out of line and should not have been in communication with you. Their payment was contingent upon finalization of the job (between you and us), which had not yet occurred. No lien was filed. Again, we deeply apologize for how this job ended. This is not the result that wanted, Throughout the project, EE&G remained acting as your advocate and did our absolute best to work towards doing the right thing to complete the job.
