******* pet rx took money out my account $30.69 and had some dog medication pending it was a week in a half I called she cancelled it but I never received the funds back to my card they took the money had it pending canceled it and i never got the money back think it shoulda been refund instead of cancelBusiness response

On 8-31-2022, The client was contacted surrounding her complaint. The client had been advised that there was a pending transaction, and orders are not charged until shipped. However, the transaction was voided. The client was advised to contact Cashapp for further assistance. I have 3-month-autoship setup for about 2 years for my dog's eye drops. My dog must be administered these drops everyday to avoid blindness. I was informed about an issue with not getting verification from my dog's vet. I got that resolved 2 weeks ago and walmartpetrx confirmed receipt of verification. Tried several calls, chats and emails and was told every time it would ship within next 24 hours. Even to make up for the delay they bump up the shipping to one-day shipping. After 17 days, it still shows "Pharmacy Hold". I would like this to be escalated to someone who can get this resolved as quickly as possible. The client was contacted surrounding his compliant. Unfortunately, the client was not available and the voicemail answered. The customer was left a detail message advising to contact the supervisor back at the contact center, and my reasoning for the call. a full refund has been processed for $89.45. If not already reflecting on the account, please allow 2-3 business day for processing.

I made an order for my dogs prescription medication and have never received it. I placed the order on 6/22 with 2 day shipping, they've told me they've shipped it but neither of the tracking info they can give me are valid. I've asked for a refund and they won't allow it. Now I'm out money, out of my pets medicine that she needs, and I have to go out and get a new prescription and medication filled so I'm paying for it twiceBusiness response

****** was contacted on 7/12/22 surrounding orders WSO--6312812 and WRS-********* not being received. The customer was given a sincere apology and provided a full refund for the amount of $27.35. In addition, ****** was given a store credit of $25.00 to use in future order. The client kindly accepted.
