Purchased a 2023 model antenna with 900 mile range. On 2/11/2023 I paid ***** . What I received was a 2020 model with only a 200 mile range with a sticker on the box that stated it was a 150 mile range which I could have got for 25 to 30 dollars .Sent 3 emails on 2/16/2023 when I received the antenna and 2/17/2023 and 2/18/2023. on Nov. 20 iI mistakenly ordered 2 antennas. On the same day I cancelled one. They said they adjusted our order and they said the refund has been approved. We are still waiting for the refund. On November 9, 2022, I ordered a 2022 edition HDTV Amplified Indoor Antenna-360 mile range. This order was for $39.99 and charged to my **** credit card. I placed an order for the Cordless Antenna with Cordless Magic located in *****, *** on October 16th, 2022. I received confirmation email the same day that the order was placed and shipped. My credit card was charged that same day as well. The antenna was received on October 25th, 2022. The antenna did not work despite trying it in several locations. On October 28th, 2022 I requested a return authorization via their online return policy procedure and received a confirmation email back that my request 'has been approved'. I followed their exact instructions and returned the device on October 28th, 2022 via **** and requested a refund. A few days later I checked the tracking number and confirmed the item was received at their location. I have tried MANY times to contact them through their support email and no one has contacted me back. All I get is an automated email saying 'we will response (yes, they added that typo) to your inquiry as soon as possible" but no one ever does. There is no telephone number to call them directly so I am hoping you can offer your assistance in getting my money back. Thank you!Initial Complaint

On roughly October 14th I ordered an antenna from Cordless Magic. I received it on time. I tried it and got no results. I went on their website to arrange for a refund. There is no phone number listed to call. There is an automated return center but it did not work when I entered my order number and email address. I then tried contacting them through their customer service email several times over 1-2 weeks with no response. Im nearing the 30 day return window so out of desperation Im going to send it back to the ******* address in hopes of eventually getting a refund. Any help from you would be greatly appreciate. I, ***********************, ordered a Magic - Long-Distance Outdoor HD TV Antenna with Full 360 ***************** order #****** from Cordless Magic on August 22, 2022. It was received later that week. Their website guarantees your money back if the product does not meet your needs. It did not. The package did not have a receipt or any other paperwork in the package. The only piece of information was the shipping label. The shipping label was from ****** in ******, *****. I found a phone number for them, called to find out where to ship it and if i had to pay the return shipping. They said yes and gave me an address. On September 23, 2022 I shipped the antenna back to ANI-AV with a return receipt and tracking number. The only place I had a phone number and address for. I had searched for a phone number for Cordless Magic but was unable to find one. I shipped it with all of the packing materials with which it was shipped to me. ANI-AV received the package at 1:08 p.m. on September 26, 2022, signed for by G. G.. I called ANI-AV once I knew they had received it. I was told they did not return money, that I would have to contact Cordless Magic and was given an order number of #*****. I referenced the email Cordless Magic had sent me when I ordered the antenna. It had a contact email address and a link to a return protocol. Below is a copy of a few of the emails sent and received from Cordless Magic regarding this issue:"This was sent to Cordless Magic October 18, 2022 Purchased your antenna on August 22, 2022. It didn't meet our needs. We called ****** customer service in ************** in mid September, explaining why i would need to return it. It was sent back to ****** on September 23, 2022. It was received on September 26, and signed for by G.G.. I am awaiting my refund but cacannot find a phone number for Cordless MAGIC.Please advise, *****************************"I need your help resolving this matter and me receiving my refund.Thank you, ***********************Initial Complaint

I purchased this antenna a week ago and it does not work. I tried it everywhere inside my house and it ******* picks up a couple channels. The ones that does pick up are always interfered digitally. I have tried to reach them for four days and get no response back. Its total garbage and theres no phone number to contact them either. I just get automatic responses to my emails saying someone will get back with me and they never do. It says it picks up stations 360 miles away and that is a lie. I went and purchased a cheap diesel antenna from ******* that was a third of the price and Ive picked up 27 channels with it. I have no interference with my channels and its even not a power antenna. *** asked for a RMA to send this back and a return label but I get no response. Please let buyers beware that this site is not a good site to buy from and nor does a company back up their products. I tried to leave a review and the website does not allow me to write a review. It says I dont have authorization. This company is a scam and I need to be shut down. All I want is my money back. My complaint is that the Cordless Magic took my money They won't return correspondence, emails. All I get is a form email that doesn't address my question I'm trying to get my money back, but they want some item number that hasn't been issued yet.I'm 71 yrs old and tired in ******.** *******************
