I feel tricked and deceived. I did the permanent makeup upper and lower eyelids and eyebrows in two separate appointments. I was very happy the first two days of each procedure, but by the third day, the color of the eyebrows, as well as the upper and lower eyelids were discoloring/fading fast. I called the office and told the receptionist, and while doing my second procedure I showed Lady. They both said to wait four weeks after the procedure(s), as being the appropriate length of time to tell how the procedure(s) would turn out. When the four weeks passed, they recommended I do a touch-up, to both the upper and lower eyelids and the eyebrows. I agreed and asked for the price, the receptionist said it would be $200.00 for both procedures, and that they highly recommended it. I left a $100 deposit towards the $200 dollar charge. one day prior to the permanent makeup touch-**** the receptionist tells me the charge for the service is $500. I said, minus the $100 deposit? She answered, no, and continued, it is $600 minus your $100 is $500. I thought it was outrageous, for the cost of each original procedure was less than the $600 for both. I told her I was not able to afford it and unfortunately needed to cancel, but inquired about the $100 deposit. She said, you do not get the $100, because you canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment. I would like everyone who is considering doing a procedure at Lady Brows, to know that they are very expensive for the poor performance of the products they use, and to be aware of their deceitful ways and never, ever, give a deposit.
