    If you want to ****** $2500, pls go for this product. Working with this seller is very difficult. Amazon A to G guarantee is a sham, they dont help you. When seller forced to delete the negative feedback, I reached out to Amazon support and A to Z guarantee team, no one did anything. When seller delivered the item it was broken. They immediately sent another one that was broken as well. When I tried to get a refund, I was asked to ship back the broken item from ************* to ***** that would have cost me over $1000. I asked Amazon to help, they simply kept on sending me email that send the item back to seller. When I asked who is going to take the shipping cost. They never answered my question. I didnt have any choice to get the another one. In spite of several scratches, I decided to keep the third one. Now my garage is filled with other two broken pool table. I asked seller to help with trashing. They refused to do that. I am parking cars out side for last two months. I have two 400lb each broken pool tables sitting in my garage and dont know what to do. Pls stay away from this seller as well as from Amazon A to Z guarantee.

    For nearly $2,700 for a pool table, I wouldn't expect so many problems. Arrived damaged (cracked on the side all the way through the panel which is in addition to various dents, scratches, dents in the metal trim, and other damage on the majority of pieces). Definitely not a hassle free exchange. **************** didn't address all my questions without some serious back and forth. They had me send in a ton of photos. Finally agreed to an exchange. It took days to arrive. New table had damaged (scratched, laminate pealing, etc.). We literally had to sift through both boxes in to piecemeal a single decent pool table. However, we still have a scratched bench top and a scratched end panel since between the two boxes there was no panels that were undamaged. Thankfully, those scratches are inconspicuous. Table came with a top for ping pong and opposite the ping pong board on the same panel is a wood finish for use as a table when no one is playing. What is worse, we now have a few long scratches on the table top finish. Between all four panels (each package came with two, so we could get the parts we needed), there was only one scratch/peal free section. Out of two boxes only one of the 4 was in ''new'' condition. To make matters worse, I don't even want to deal with these people to try and get our scratched panel replaced. To top it all off, there has been a pallet with the old table sitting in my drive way for days. They wanted me to talk to their insurance company to get it removed. Then, manager I spoke to promised the old unit would be picked up the day after the new unit arrived. It's been four days and it's still in my driveway. I told them my HOA is going to fine me, but they don't seem to care. I emailed them to let them know that there was only one good table top panel out of the four that were sent and they asked me to send them a photo with all four panels in one shot. They want me to unbox the old unit all over again as if to prove I'm not lying. STAY AWAY!

    I wish I had read these post before I purchased the table from them. BBB how are they still operational when clearly they are a scam business? I ordered a pool table on April 18 received what I thought was a good product on April 25th. Sadly I was mistaken upon on wrapping the table I noticed chucks of it coming apart, cracked and holes in the sides of it. I tried calling realize they dont have a number red flag. Tried emailing no response or chat live no response. Its like they get your money and cut off ties to you after. People please read STAY AWAY FROM SIMBASHOPPING. Dont take that leap you will get burned like they rest of us.

    These guys are a scam. Sent me a tub with 2 forklift holes thru it after sending me the wrong tub the first time. Offered a 7% discount (I wish I was making that up). Rejected that offer to be told I would have to ship it from ****** to ******* at MY expense, in order to have it looked at. This wasn't happening (why throw good money after bad). ***** seems to be the owner, obvious scam artist and now will not respond to emails or answer the phone. Do not give this company a dime or you will regret it.

    Junk tub, literally the most cheaply made product Ive ever seen. leaks everywhere. Tub arrived at my house and every single fitting on I was barely hand tight had to go through the whole thing. Even still Ive had nothing but problems with it leaking since its so cheaply made. All parts on it are garbage. Stew frame underneath looks like a child designed and built it. Doesnt even hold the weight of filling it without flexing.

I attempted to obtain technical information regarding one of your tub spas via chat with ******** Suffice it to say that he/she/it could not or would not provide me the information I required in order to make an informed purchasing decision.
