    TERRIBLE! **** is such a HORRENDOUS business man. He literally sells people a dream, takes their money, starts the demo process, then does not complete the job. He does not pay his vendors timely if at all. He has started NUMOROUS projects, and left them under construction for two to three years at a time, which should have only taken several months. Highly doubt he's finished them leaving the homeowner to find a new GC. He is hardly there for inspections. I would NEVER recommend doing business with ******************* of ROI Construction. RUN!

    STAY AWAY from ROI Construction, LLC. **** charges upfront and then won't show up, answer his calls or emails. We had to buy a steel beam ourselves because the one he bought was too short and he knew it. He's the typical GC where he robs ***** to pay ****. We were left with a steel beam on the ground on **************, had to find someone else to finish the job, pay double and then he had the nerve to ask for money to close the permit. Failed inspections three times and never came back to fix it. When we sold the house, the escrow company asked why the permit was never closed and **** once again asked for MORE money and blackmailed us, in order to get it closed. He needs to be reported to the police and ***********. He shouldn't be a handyman, let alone a GC.
