    Date of Transaction: 4/28 & 4/29 Amount of Money: 4/28 = $265 , 4/29 =$270 The business committed to provide me service to unclog a pipe from my sink.The nature of this dispute is that the plumber came out the first time, did not complete the job. Customer was told the issue was resolved. In less then 24hrs issue was reported back to company that it had not been resolved. They sent a second plumber out and final resolved the issue...Customer was charged twice. Also, company charges by the hour and plumber failed to show up both times prepared with proper equipment for the job even though details off issue were made clear prior to arrival. The plumber also took a long time to come back with proper tools.

    Good afternoon, 

    We reached out to **************** around 2:40 pm today as soon as we received the ** notice, and we were able to come to a resolution.  We refunded his second call which was a follow up to the first call.  We do not warranty stoppages, as anything can be put back down a toilet or a drain after we leave.  However, after reviewing the call and the notes, we do see the first plumber did clear the stoppage as far as he could tell, but due to the Garbage disposal being broken, he couldn't give a 100% confirmation.  The building maintenance was to replace the ** later that day as per the customer.  Then the stoppage did return the next day.  He had never spoken to our service manager and we were unaware of the details of the first call.  Our service manager **** agreed to remove the charges and refund his card for the second call for $270.00.  **************** agreed to this and said he would remove his complaint from BBB. 

    We are happy we were able to come to a resolution with our customer and resolve his issue.
