    Terrible customer service. Their communication is horrible . I sent a package by air on November 7th and it didnt arrive at its destination until November 21st. The arrival date was November 13th. The worst part was trying to get information about my package, it seemed to have been misplaced for a while and the JFK location supervisor was not very helpful. I was back and forth for days trying to figure out where my package was. The agents at the intended destination said it was at JFk Location, JFk Location said it should be at ***** location and ***** location said it at JFK location. Whats even worse, after the package was received, I contacted customer service to get the managers information in order for me to file a complaint, it has been two weeks and no one responded to me. An email was sent twice via the companys customer help chat and no one responded. There are a lot more I have to complain about but its way too much to put in this review.They were not transparent and showed no regards for the days I wasted trying to retrieve my package which I paid for. Terrible customer service

    This company accepted a shipment from me in ******** on the 18th of March with the destination arrival date being the 27th of March. In an attempt to track down the shipment on March 30th I was given customer service in *****. Before I could explain why o was calling to the operator on the other end I was rudely placed on hold. I chose this shipment company because there was stuff I needed to get to the destination with some urgency. My premature niece in the hospital needed products not found there and stuff for my other niece Easter camp. It is beyond frustrating as I couldnt get a direct answer from anyone to help me. Or to help me get the box moving to its destination . I am extremely disappointed and angry with this service and will not use them again.
