    This company is absolutely ridiculous! It has been over 6 months since Ive had a designated sales representative to place my orders. Why is this the only legal way my company can purchase liquor? This company is horrible. Their customer service is horrible! No one ever returns a call to place an order!Ive missed multiple deliveries because there was no customer contact!It takes days/weeks to hear back from anyone. *** requested to speak to management multiple times and absolutely nothing! This is embarrassing to have to do business with this company!

    Horrible customer service. We have been customers for over 10 years and they show zero respect for us. I made a payment online as a substitution of a check lost in the mail with less than 7 days of been sent. They were advised not to cash the check if was ever received because a stop payment was going to be put on it, and of course they received the check and were charged for the *** fee. Their charge us for the fee after they were advised no to process the payment and no even want to pass a supervisor on the phone, they said that is not their responsibility. We don't want to have issues with our license so we had to make the payment but they can do wherever they want with out consequences.

    Don't use this company! I have owned operated multiple restaurants and used them for a while with one of the businesses. Recently, I sold the one business that used them as a distributor & since July I have been "waiting" on a refund check. It's been 6 months since the original inquiry has been put before them. What a joke of a company.

    They are not even worthy of 1 star. Ive been dealing with this joke of a company for years. I have never met my sales rep, but she will text me to let me know my order didnt make the truck. I cant get any managers to call me back, because they know how terrible their customer service is. The only reason I ever order from them is because of their portfolio. Today was the last straw, and I will never order from these clueless morons again. I will post the customer service number and when my customers ask why we dont carry a certain brand I will tell them to call SGWS and talk to them. 2 weeks in a row I have placed an order ant they say there is no order showing. What a joke!
