I contacted Quality Repairs ************** on 8/16/24 because my refrigerator wasnt cold enough. **** came out that day to fix it but needed to order a part & since it was after 6pm, he said he would come back on Monday. Monday, 8/19, he called to say the part wasnt available & he would be out on Tuesday. He came back on Tuesday & replaced the part & told me it was fixed. I was charged $340 & was told that if there were any problems its covered under warranty for 90 days. It worked for approximately two weeks & then I noticed that it was no longer cooling to a refrigerated acceptable temperature. I called again on 9/5 and notified him that it wasnt working. He apologized & said that it was under warranty & that he would be out on Saturday between 6 & 8 PM. He came out on Saturday & installed a defroster part. On Monday, 9/9, I called back to let him know that it still wasnt cold enough to refrigerate. He was supposed to return on Friday, 9/13, however, I received a text from him that he was working on the other side of town & would he be able to come back on Monday, 9/16 & he asked me what time would be good for me. I replied coming back on Monday, would be OK (what choice did I really have?) & told him I was available between 9 AM & 11 AM. At 11 AM on Monday, I sent a text to **** asking where he was & I did not receive a reply from him until 12:55 PM when he said he would be here between 4 & 6 PM. Prior to his text, I called the office & spoke with the scheduler & voiced my complaint & asked to speak with the owner and/or the supervisor. I have not received a call from either, however, I did receive the text from ****. I am an insulin dependent diabetic & both my short term & long-term insulin need to be refrigerated & because of this extreme delay well over $500 worth of insulin is no longer good & able to be used.

Date of transaction was September 21st 2023 The amount I paid them was $384.75 The business committed to me to replace a part in my washing machine and repair it, I also chose this company because they offer a warranty behind their work I'm disputing because my washing machine is leaking in the same area it was initially and upon calling them they've lied to me saying i was scheduled for a tech to come fix it, Over 7 times i've reached out and they've not shown up. so thats also them not upholding their warranty policy. No the business has not tried to resolve the problem, its been over a month and they've just been evasive.Order ID: *************

I originally called Quality Repairs to assess my microwave. They assessed and quoted and ordered parts and did the job. They charged me about $650 dollars for a simple fix (the part replaced was the motor and costs about $250- as I called GE directly)They fixed the microwave oven and a bit u see 6 months the microphone died again I have been calling them to come and fix it since September (4 months ago) and they have been very unresponsive (technician told me that management would have me pay again for the new part as the warranty lasted 3 months for parts and maybe they could do the work) After calling repeatedly and now pressing to engage with BBB they called me back and told me it would be $550 to fix same issue!! Part again and labor!! They state that labor warranty was only 6 months and that I called in Sept which was right over the 6 months) this is $1200 to fix twice the same microwave for the same issue!! I also saw the MULTIPLE reviews online with an evident **** of these people being scanners, unresponsive and mainly trying to heheh you to call for a diagnostic and prepay for a $50 fee to hook you and the perhaps fix stuff (with a very questionable output and partcula a questionable process). This is practically a fraudulent practice and needs to be addressed by the BBB and authorities it is a flagrant fraudulent practice. I am willing to pay for the new part but need them to fix the microwave without charging me the labor again They say that I called days after the warranty for labor expired. But it is absurd that they would expect me to pay for this if the part is new and was just installed and by the way I reached out before the warranty expired they just didnt return my calls etc) I followed up multiple times with the technician (I have his texts)I want them to call me asap, fix the microwave and I am willing to pay for the part again but NOT for the labor)Please I need your support with this.Attached exchanges with tech
