      This car rental company is a scam. They do not accept 3rd party insurance and will surcharge you for toll charges. They force you to take their insurance and toll charge program.

      This company is a ****. The way they make their money is by FORCING the customers to use their insurance. Even when you submit your declarations page they tell you you need 500K worth of liability insurance. For the most part, only commercial drivers carry that much insurance. So, obviously, most people will have to purchase Clubs insurance to cover this requirement. Their customer service is a joke. You call and the phones goes unanswered for hours. They claim the problem is the third party site offering these low rates, but these rates are offered with their consent. They let people in with low prices then hit them with the mandatory insurance. The cars they have available are older models and are definitely not worth to dollar like they are charging. These people are getting away with this **** for far too long.

      This is a **** Bait and Switch car rental company that should be shut down but is still in business somehow. They have fake reviews posted online by their employees to try and make them look legit. I booked this through a 3rd party site thinking they had decent. I knew exactly what they were doing as soon as they started in with their mandatory additional insurance after I had already purchased full coverage. I demanded to be returned to the airport so I could rent from a legitimate car rental company. Total BS that they are still allowed to operate and **** people out of money. They need to be shut down immediately!!!

      Offered a 5 day rental for $64 for a small compact car. Upon arrival they said we would need 300k in damage insurance or have to pay $39.99/ day for thier insurance. We won't do business with them Again. We left and called an uber.

      The $5 a day is a promotional discount that has terms and conditions in order to apply. All the information is available to you as soon as you made the reservation.

      A little confusing since the reviews were no so good, but then I contacted them directly for a promo i saw online and they gently explained me all the process and give me the promo. Only thing was additional was the Toll pass system which was expected. I recommend to contact them directly

      ******* location!!! Worst company! Booked a rental for ******* and knew I'd run into a problem as I was walking in b/c there was already an irate customer coming out of the office TRAILER. Attendant tried to keep me from going into the office b/c of the dispute already in progress. I booked, and to my suprise there were additional clause to the rental agreement stating that I needed over $300K in insurance (come on get real!!! I was renting a ****** Yaris) or I need to acquire their insurance. I did actually have proof of over $300K of insurance and the company still said i needed to purchase THEIR INSURANCE for $49/a day!!! We walked out b/c that is just bad business. Not sure the folks in there were of legal citizenship to begin with.

      Its not a coincidence that all customers are upset about the same situation of getting ripped off by the hidden fees and extra charges by this company. They sell them self online of the most competitive and reasonable prices, its a lied they charge the mayor credit card with what youve had paid the security deposit, when you returned your car in all the adequate conditions they get you with all other fees you didnt know about and charged it without authorization or consent. Then you ask for explanation and no one its available, the only contact is email and they will never get back to you. So sorry we have irresponsable and unfair companies out there taking advantage of peoples money.

      Literally the worst car rental agency so many hidden fees read your contract carefully becuase I paid more for fees/insurance than I did the actual rental. Nothing is clear or convenient with this agency. Never again.
