    I received a gift card for a total of $420 that was purchased on March 9, 2024 which was added to my European Wax Center account. I made an appointment on August 15, 2024 via my online account to use my balance. However when I checked my account the gift card balance says $14. I have not used my gift card since the day it was purchased and I have had the physical card in my possession where no one has had access to it. My account says there is a transaction for $406 but I did not make any purchase using my gift card for that amount and I would like to have my gift card refunded with the original funds. I have attempted to contact European Wax Center corporate office and was notified that I had to contact the local store directly. I went in person to the European Wax Center location on August 16, 2024 and the front desk told me they notified their manager and I should be receiving a call or email from them. I was never contacted by them. I called the local store on August 19, 2024 and was again told I should be receiving a call or email from management within 48 hours. I have not received any notification up to this point.
