    October 6 2023 Amount charged- $70.00 Receipt number- 1670-6050 This payment was for social media kits that were promised to be made for my business. Were coming up on 2 months and I still havent received services I have paid for. I tried reaching out to KQ Branding agency on November 18th 2023 and am not getting a response.

    02/16/23 I paid for a logo to be made for my clothing business. The package ordered was a "unique" image were to be created with three different backgrounds, and copyright of the image. The Logo was created a few days later but it wasn't until months later I discovered they used imagery from the internet to create the image and upon requesting a refund, was denied.

    Hi,I hope whoever is reading this is doing well and thank you in advance for your time.This complaint is about a refund I requested within the acceptable time frame established by the digital service provider, and them ignoring my request completely.I already told them I know the refund will not be the full 75$ USD I paid. They have to take something for the samples work. Here are the details:- After the company reached out to me I decided to give them a chance to create my business logo - *********** name is KQ Branding Agency - They accept refunds within 7 days after the receipt is created. (March 31st)- The request was made on the 5th or 7th day at 3pm after receiving the receipt, depending if they are working or non-working days respectively.- They keep answering that they are working on something else to give me but they completely avoid to talk about refunds, even though it is the only thing I ask about.The reason for the refund is because after looking at some samples they provided, I understood that I would not get from them what I had explained to them in clear details.The full conversation can also be provided for a better understanding.26 march 2023: kq branding agency initiated contact in ******** messenger 30 march 2023: 50% down payment(75usd) sent as agreed in exchange of 3 samples to be received within 48hrs/the other 50% would be sent after completion of work 31 march 2023: receipt created (#****-0491)3 april 2023: received samples 6 april 2023: Sent refund request to their support email (********************************)12 april 2023: called them***************) without avail, the number would not work, for me at least 15 april 2023: I received new samples although I told them I had made up my mind for the refund only 15 april 2023: also my last communication with them as I grew frustrated to them avoiding my questions I simply want a refund. Nothing else will be accepted.Thank you in advance!***

    Ordered a logo design October 2022. Provided many sketches, detailed information, name and payment. Kept giving poor quality even when I pointed it out. I was promised revisions with in 12 to 36 hours and they take over 20 days.
