1 starAfter spending ~4 hours on the phone w/several phone **** who cannot communicate (zero ability to listen and comprehend) and no manager available to escalate to, I finally thought the *** was able to comprehend my technical and service issues to resolve the problems. Our last part of conversation she instructed me to turn phone off then turn it back on so that the adjustments she made to my service will kick in.I did turn it off as she instructed - but the phone is now not able to be turned back on. It is completely dead and dark. 1 starThey charged me twice for a global card. They said the 1st transaction didn't go through. I called them, I believe the same woman who could barely speak English pretended she couldn't hear me. I call back she gives a false name same person, pretended to help me and placed me on hold for almost an hour. I call back sounds like a similar person. She goes through the motions then offers to transfer me to the "correct" department. Then the call drops. Worst customer service I've had in a while. My income is limited, I can't be wasting money. I may as well pay more for a real service if they are going to rob me anyway.Review fromDaniel C

I am Soo frustrated I am pulling my both teeth and hair out. After promised a free replacement phone for over 2 months and talking with about 7 different reps, being told it should arrive in 3 to 5 days a rep. Told me I wasn't eligible for the replacement phone, I need a phone so bought one from SafeLink, they took the money from my bank account when I bought it saying the phone was in-stock after watching my porch I got an email saying the order was cancelled, called them next person ( PROMISED ) I will have the phone by today. Today I called after ( OVER ) 3 hours on the phone trying to get a carrier and tracking# was told the phone was out of stock. There is Soo much more to this I can't explain I am homeless living in a friends garage ( God Bless Him ) I can not walk away from my phone without it being plugged in for more than a few minutes. But in short ( SafeLink ) has made my life miserable for the past few months with their many false hopes and promises even after I scraped up enough money to buy a phone for emergencies and needs and I am still plugged. I will figure it out it just shouldn't be this hard especially when you are buying a phone. They stole my money and gave me no merchandise. 1 starI bought a brand new 5G phone from Safelink Wireless and within three months it broke. It's been over three months and they haven't given me a replacement yet. It's a simple solution but they kept giving me excuses on why they haven't given me a replacement. Don't buy phones from them they don't honor their one year warranty. This is the worst phone customer service I ever had. I'm looking to switch to a different company.Review fromVincent G

1 starI was lied to by one of the customer service agents. Then when I called back ***** knew who this person was ***** knew who initially put it through refund request I called and was on the phone about for over 48 minutes!!!!Who is this who did I give my card information to?? Was then told I now had to wait another 30 day waiting period that was unfortunately started all the way over from now my second attempt to get my refund for services I never received I am appalled and I want my refund and I will just be done with this service since also when I had to go back through the refund process...there was no supervisor or manager there I could talk to about the original phone call I made to figure out who this person was that lied to me??? I am seriously so irritated I am contacting everyone I can about this. I will not stop until I have received actual service that is promised in these original terms and conditions and right to report or file a complaint. I will get to the bottom of this. Like wow this called center is not even equipped with the requirements that it should have to enable customers their rights per using the company or per the company "call center" to be efficient enough to uphold the original promises it is supposedly built and running upon.Review fromDeborah L

1 starSafelink Woreless has got to be the absolute WORST company there is for ********** service. Their customer service department is a 1000% joke! They don't serm to know how to answer questions and I had a hard time understanding everyone that I spoke with. I was transferred to 6 different people, each telling me theu can help, when in actuality, they CAN NOT! No one wanted to listen to me and they treated me as if I am stupid and don't know how to use a cell phone. They sent me a Sim card that I put in my phone, but the *** card did not work, AT ALL. it briefly had my phone all messed up to where I couldn't even use my phone or even cut my phone off. After getting incredibly frustrated with them, I just hung up. I WILL NEVER use Safelink. I have decided to try elsewhere. It shouldn't be so hard for customers to get good customer service and to receive the proper help they need! I ended up putting my old Sim card back in my phone and after a few minutes, my phone was back up and running properly, as it should. This is my forewarning to all of you out there, FORGET SAFELINK and use someone else. They had me so frustrated after almost 4 hours of trying to get answers, that by the time I ended the call by hanging up on them, I just burst into tears! They had my nerves so torn up! Plus, I just lost my fiance from a heart attack so my emotions were all over the place. They didn't help matters any at all.Review fromAudrey G

1 starTerrible customer service. Rude representative. **** was absolutely the worst person Ive ever spoken to, he kept implying that he could turn my service off if he wanted to. 5 starsFive stars for customer service, specifically from Eleazar. I called multiple times for a friend trying to expedite receiving cell service before the sim card arrived because she needed it ASAP for job interviews, and he was the only one who could get it done. It was a very complicated situation where we had to use a TracFone sim which was shipped next day from Amazon, and he handled it amazingly. Eleazar was the best representative of any company I've ever spoke to, including sales departments for fortune 500 companies. I've worked on the phones in customer service myself, and I understand how much time and intelligence it takes to get to that level. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He was so persistent and I don't think any one else could have done this for us. This was an incredibly complicated issue which I've called about multiple times, and he instilled a lot of confidence in Safelink because of that. Solely because of him, I will be recommending Safelink to everyone that I can. I will also be leaving a google review mentioning him.Review fromGwendolyn W

1 starThe company took a message from another person or entity that I was deceased. I have been unable to clear this information, and it costs me my phone service more than once. It happened again today. No help after waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes. There are two parts to this service: SafeLink and Lifeline. One agrees that I am alive and the other that I am not. That must be fixed. I have a very common name.Review fromWanda L

I would give him 100 minus if I could this is the most pathetic business I’ve ever seen in my life. They have hacked my entire life. They have made my life a pure hell. Apparently there is no supervisor or manager that exist. That’s why they’re able to provide the sick unbelievable service they provide on the telephone. Unreal. If you’ve gotten Looking behind you, you could do whatever the hell you want and that’s exactly what they’ve done. They’ve hacked all of my phone accounts. My phone‘s been completely shut down where I can’t even contact and handle all of my livelihood that they’ve hacked into installed $357,000. There is no headquarters.
