    **************** less then one star service! I give the coverage is 4 stars while traveling between states. The absolutely worst **************** around though, so if you need any help I do not recommend straight talk.

    ******** customer service. It took over an hour to get my refund after changing carriers a week ago. I was told at first I could not get it because of "the process we have" I asked to speak with her SV and gave the same info. 45 minutes later I (hopefully) got the issue resolved. They keep you on the line longer than most, hoping you will hang up. They give you a line about their "process" hoping you will hang up. It's their little game. I am very happy to have gotten rid of them.

    Worst experience ever, both with my initial purchase and dealing with customer service to correct and fix the lies told to me about their service. When I called to asked about my service (which took several hours), they told me things differently from other times I called. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for more than half an hour. When I was connected, it was with another customer who was having a similar problem with this company! We exchanged information and phone numbers and promised to make our complaints known. All I wanted to know was whether or not I was using or needed all the services they signed me up for that I did not request. I still do not have an answer and will be switching to another provider.

    In December of 2024 I ordered a Galaxy A15 phone (which was free when purchased with a plan) and a service card for $54 including taxes... The phone was sent to the wrong address... It was then returned to the warehouse to get resent to the correct address... After waiting 2 weeks for the response or the phone to arrive at the correct address I called the company... When they tell me the phone was at the warehouse and ready for reshipment... I waited 2 more weeks and still nothing... By this time we it's almost February and nothing is getting resolved... So I called the company back again and they tell me that they lost the phone and was issuing a refund... Here it is after the first of April and no refund or nothing... ************ took a disabled person's money, that they couldn't loose, and refuses to refund the money tha I (the disabled person) couldn't really afford to waste away with nothing to show for it... Now I'm behind on other bills because of this whole situation... $54 may not be much to some people, but for someone who lives on disability, that's money that is very much needed as we disabled people don't have much money to live on in the first place...

    Worst service ever! Took 5 days to get the phone to port over. THen service worked for the first month, then after renewing could no longer get calls or messages. Spent 5 days back and forward with 'customer service' each time the same troubleshooting, remove the **** restart the phone, reset network settings. Then they decided it was my handset - except the handset worked fine with 2 other SIM cards (******* and TMobile) when tested. Told in order to get a refund for a service I paid for that doesn't work, I need to stay on the phone with customer service and it takes around 45 minutes to request a refund! So they cant get the service to work and you cant get a refund. What a ****! Dont bother to use this service, its a joke.

    If I could give ZERO stars if I could. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Probably from outsourcing to the *********** or ********. They will hang up on you. Lie to you. To get you off of the phone. Repeatedly transfer you to another incompetent person to in the end solve absolutely nothing. Pay a little more to get a better phone service. It will be worth the brain cells you save from not having to talk to them again. Highly DO NOT recommend!!!

    ******* company bought a month plan for 50$ for hotspot wifi box on March 2nd they cut me off two days earlier. Tells me they indeed cut people off an lie to them that they will get a month of service. I would not trust this company at all. They will steal your money an s**** you over.

    Still on going issue with straight talk. I still have the wrong area code. No health insurance. Lost my job. Good news got a New job. Same field. I must be able to text. Which is part of the service I have paid for with straight talk. Yesterday I call customer service straight talk. The agent had me on hold most of the 2 1/2 hours. Said he was updating my service. And doing provisions. And Boy was He. After two and 1/2 hours HE HUNG UP ON ME. So praying he did what he said, I tried calling someone. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT Restricted MY SERVICE. Which in straight talks terms means , HE CANCELLED MY SERVICE. I could NOT make calls, text or get online. Thank God you can call 611611. So I did so immediately. The customer service agent told me about the cancellation and she would fix it. Thank God she did. I then requested, formally requested to speak to a supervisor. The customer service agent refused to transform me to a supervisor. OMG. Now I am scared to call customer service or talk to any agent, to get my service, that is paid in full until April 18th 2025, Fixed. I still can not text. And am loosing this job as well. Why are they doing this to me. I have a Prepaid service plan.

    I called to cancel service and was mistreated and felt abused by ******. He would not get a supervisor and did not confirm my email or send a confirmation like I asked so now Im just wondering if it went through. Have had nothing but problems with this company. I understand it must **** to work for such a crappy company but dont take it out on long term customers. There are several different options so DO NOT USE STRAIGHT TALK!!!

    If I could give this company a half star , I would in a blink off the eye. My company call straight talk wireless to unlock the carrier. Lets just say it was a nightmare. The customer service is so bad. Its unbelievable they are still in business. I have all the audios that took place over the call. I was held in the phone for over a hour only to say the system is down. Arjohn was the supervisor on the phone with me. He lied on so many occasions . For full audio of the call . Im more than happy to provide that to all customers. Contact me
