    I originally had contracted this service (the $299.00 package) on 01/30/2023 as a birthday gift and surprise for my husband. A positive thought and good intention has now been turned into a nightmare. The horrible experience already started with scheduling, which lacked professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness, and consistency. Once it was confirmed that they would come on 02/18/2023 between 9AM-1PM, I received a call and text message on 02/17/2023 informing us that they "wouldn't be able to do the job this weekend" and that they would have to reschedule for some time in April! I cancelled the service and asked for a refund on 02/17/2023 and was told that I would be receiving it within a week/5 business days. I did not receive the refund in the quoted timeframe and was then newly quoted that "the refund will be finished by the end of the month" of March. Then in April I was again quoted a new time frame stating that "before ***** is over you will have it back." which needless to say did not happen. On 05/02/2023 I was told that they would commit to "begin payment back today via CashApp until the balance is paid in full", which once again is a commitment that they have not kept. We received a CashApp payment of $50 on 05/02/2023, and a payment of $20 on 05/15/2023. No other payments have been received to this date and they have been dragging the refund out since February 2023. We have given them ample opportunities to make this right. And I had to continuously reach out to them and ask for a status on our refund. I informed WeCleanGarages.com on 05/15/2023 that I was giving them until 05/19/2023 by end of business day to refund the remaining $229.00 or I will be pursuing legal action/file a complaint. Payment has not been remitted.

    My daughter paid this company $500 via PayPal as a Christmas gift for my husband. I attempted to schedule online, as instructed by the website. No one responded. After a few weeks I began calling the phone number listed on the website. I left multiple messages. One day, after a couple of months of reaching out, I was able to speak to *******. He told me he was not remembering the transaction. He asked for a receipt. I sent the recipe that shows he was paid through PayPal. ******* told me not to worry, that we would receive the service, he just needed to refresh his memory. Months went by and I never heard back. He did not respond to any emails or messages left on his phone. He went radio silent. I have not received the service paid for and Ive been trying to schedule for 9 months now. I would like my $500 back!

    Hello, I hired **************** to perform a garage cleaning service at my home. On 07/30/2022 I pre-paid $404 upfront to the owner, *******************************, and scheduled the service for 8/27/2022. The email that served as my receipt and date confirmation will be attached to this message. On 08/12/2022 I received an email from ******* stating that the original date of service (08/27) is no longer available and to reschedule to a date after Labor Day. I replied with four different dates in September that will work, but received no response. I sent ******* another message on 08/17/2022 to inquire about rescheduling and stated that if the work could not be completed in September then I would need a refund. I received no response to that email as well.On 08/20/2022 I wrote ******* an email formally requesting a refund due to his lack of response. He has not responded to the email nor he has reviewed the refund request on Cash App.

    I employed this company who claims to have locations in several states to clean my garage. I paid them 1/2 the money up front to secure a date as early as possible. The owner *******************************, was zelled $599 He could not meet the time we scheduled to perform the services. We agreed on another date. I decided not to move forward because of his lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I requested a refund. He has had my money since Marxh 19, 2022. We are now at the 1st of August and I have yet to receive my refund and now he has ceased all communication with me.

    ******************************* of ************** promised to provide 2 Car *********** ******** Services standard scheduling package order **** Paid by Venmo as required Apr 18, 2022 PDT - $389.00 He requested to reschedule once. I gave him alternate dates. He never responded and will now not return my emails or texts. The phone number on the website is not in service.

    December 14th 2021 $299.00 December 17th 2021 $200.00 Type of service: a total garage cleaning. with power washed floors, removal of items. cleaning and organizing those items and placing them back in the garage in an organized manner. The merchant cancelled twice and then said he could not perform the service and he would refund my funds w/o penalty within 30 days. He did not do that and has now said I have to have my credit card/bank request the refund. I have all email communications and texts.
