    On October 12, 2024, I ordered and paid $68.21 for a SpongeBob costume. I never received it. This company ruined my Halloween and stole my money. They never answered my emails. I want a full refund asap.

    I placed an order on July 23rd, over 3 1/2 months ago, I selected the priority shipping, the order included 3 men's XL sized graphic t-shirts and I am still yet to receive the items. I've tried calling them, texting them, emailing them, and ******** messaging them,and they're never responding to my messages. I really ask for a full refund. I am interested in pursuing business with them down the road, but before I do that, I shall be certain that they're back in business.

    Why isn't On Cue Apparel going to reimburse me the $68.97 that I made for an order placed on July 23rd, and never received?   

    I really ask for a full refund.  I filed this complaint 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received any updates.

    I ordered $148.96 worth of merchandise from On Cue Apparel on July 1, 2024. Over 2 months have passed (more than 4 times as long as it should have taken to fulfill the order) and they have not answered any of my emails or attempts to contact them to ask about order status. The order remains unfulfilled and zero updates have been provided. I also have store credit for a previous purchase of $34.99, which I will be unable to use since the business seems unwilling to talk to me at all. I am asking for a full refund of my $148.96 purchase and a full refund on the store credit of $34.99, for a total of $183.95. I will never do business with them again as a result of these experiences.

    - I made a transaction on 3/29/24 for 3 products. - After receiving the confirmation email, I decided that same day I wanted to cancel the order. - I tried emailing the merchant at the email address provided on their site/shopify profile: ******************************************* - I did this repeatedly for several days with no response. - I tried texting them at this number ************. I received no response. - Calls to the same number went right to voicemail and instructions were to email at the the address already mentioned in this paragraph.- In the meantime the merchant, did ship the product to me on 4/9. It was what I originally ordered and I received it. - I then continued to contact the email address and left a voicemail to try and initiate a return. They did not respond in any way.- The receipt within the product bag did not have any instructions how to initiate a return.- Their website says they have a 60 day return policy.- I see they have a physical address on the packing slip as follows: *********************************************- How do I know if I send this item back to them that I will indeed get my money refunded?Order number = *****

    Ordered shirts from this business 10 days ago and haven't received any response or notifications about my order being shipped. Numerous other reviews and complaints suggest I won't receive these products at all. I'd like a refund. It doesn't take over 10 days to ship 2 t shirts.

    Order #***** Order date 4/15/24 Payment: PayPal Total: $78.98 I ordered 2 shirts, received a confirmation email. Shirts were not delivered when they said they would. Did not receive tracking info.I filled out 3 customer support tickets over the last two weeks with no response. Texted the customer support number twice that is provided on the web site, no response. Replied to the confirmation email, no response. I ordered from on cue a year ago, and received my item, so I replied on the old email about this order, no response. I still dont have the products that I paid for, and I tried everything I can to get in touch with them. I am out of options, so I am asking BBB to help.

    I ordered a full outfit March 2024. Paid the full amount and never even got a confirmation email. But I checked my credit card and it was charged. Tried calling, emailing , texting with NO answer. Definitely a scam company. I reported to my bank security and will look into legal actions against On Cue Apparel.
