I've been waiting for MONTHS for my total loss payout. I have sent my title and other sensitive information to comply with my claim and I have not received any promising information. In addition to that, ****'s insurance program discontinued months after my claim was approved. This has caused a huge financial burden for me, and I need answers. They do not answer their phones. I am in the process of filing more formal complaints.Business Response

**** is not an insurance company. **** is basically equivalence of an insurance agent or broker in this scenario. The insurance company is ******. They determine when, and who gets their claims paid. The customer is angry at the wrong person here. His policies specify the insurance company, and nowhere is **** listed.

I am rejecting this response because: instead of solving or providing a solution to my issue, you have spoken around it. I have paid **** (the policy holder) as my representative. I have had no direct correspondence with **************** because I am insured on behalf of ****. Your statement does not support my claim. When can I receive payment for my claim. Being that I am not the only one with this complaint, how have you solved this issue in the past. This confusion you are implying is at the detriment to the character of your dealings with ***************** Please help instead of replacing the blame.

As I mentioned before, **** is not the insurance company. I do not get to determine when a Customer gets their claim paid out or not. That is the decision of the insurance company. I have done EVERYTHING in my power to make sure that Customers get taken care of. If you buy an insurance policy through your local agent, you do not blame them when Progressive does not pay out the claim.
As you know, we recently sold this segment of the business so I no longer have a direct line of contact to ******. I cried when I sold it because it was so painful to me. To best help Customers, I have been advising them to reach out directly to ******'s Head of Claims. Her name is *********************, and her email is: *******************.

Before **** INSURANCE change their name to **** Technology i file a claim on may thirteen and until this day which is june eleven i have been getting the run around from Everyone that works for **** my Adjuster ******** told me that shes going to mail my check out. then when I havent received the check within the week I call her back and she told me that shes waiting on **** to release the funds. Come to find out There is customers that have been waiting since December to get their claim taken care of i have insurance with **** for almost 12 monthsBusiness Response

This complaint is filled with misinformation. Lula Technologies, *** has been the name of the company since it was founded in May of 2016. It has never been called **** Insurance.
**** is not an insurance carrier that pays claims. In this context, we played a role similar to that of an insurance agent. Claims are paid by the insurance carrier. I have no say over the insurance carrier.
Ive made my email available on all platforms and have asked people to reach out to me so that I can solve their issues if necessary. I have answered every single one and resolved the issue or pointed them in the right direction. I can provide hundreds of examples like this.

**** is an insurance company for rental cars. They don't pay any claims, no matter how legit the claim is. I've had a couple of smaller insignificant claims, and then a total loss claim. They do not pay anything...ever.Initial Complaint

* Transaction dates were 5/30/2023 and 6/30/2023.* The amounts were for $368.00 on each date for the product of automotive insurance coverage for both my automobile and my sibling's automobile * On July 14, 2023, we received letters from the ****** of ******** Compliance that we would have our driving privileges suspended by August 3, 2023, stating that there was denial of coverage for the two months of May and June. * On July 26, 2023, filed a fraud dispute to Navy ******************** for the two transactions for which I paid coverage for but never received.* On July 28th & July 29th, we reached out to **** in attempts to seek resolution to the matter, only to be given another external number to call that was unavailable. *Received an email from **** on August 8, 2023, indicating that they were made aware of the letter from the state, only to offer to go to the State site to verify coverage of the vehicles. * 10/17/2023, Navy closed dispute claiming that it was unresolved.*On 10/17/2023, attempted to file an appeal with Navy Federal Credit for transactions, to which Navy advised I reached out to the merchant again to obtain a credit for the uncovered transactions.* Called ****, only to be switched between various departments with no attempt from **** made to resolve the situation, claiming we were covered when the letter from the state stated otherwise.Initial Complaint

I did a joint adventure with ************* the owner's name ********************* for him to rent my car and pay me monthly. the car was rack in July 2022 total loss I signed over POA for ****** to take care the claim with **** Car Rental united specialty insurance company so I can get pay for my vehicle claim# *********-001 2016 ****** Altima. the payout $10,737.73 according to ************ the insurance has not pay the claim am tired waiting after a year to get my money.
