      Builder is refusing to comply with warranty agreement/contract. I have made several requests and complaints to the builder in reference to problems with the tile installation and also the ** unit. The tile was installed by an unlicensed and unqualified person, the issue was brought to the builders attention and he has refused to repair or replace the tile. The tile is hollow underneath, missing grout, and extremely uneven. I was charged extra for the installation of the tile due to the size of the tile. I also brought to the attention of the builder that the ** system was having problems and he ignored me, we spent several days without **. I paid to have the ** temporary fixed but I was told by the ** tech that the coil is bad and needs to be replaced. I sent *************************** (the owner) several text messages and emails and he has chosen to ignore most of them. I also called *************************** numerous times and I also spoke to ****** (another employee) several times concerning these issues. ****** also had agreed before to have the tile repaired or just to give us the money to have the tile repaired and then he recanted his offer and has chosen to ignore us. He is now saying that the year has passed that we had to make claims but I have proof that we made the claims way before the year was up. The tile is worth almost $20,000. I didn't want any money from him, I just wanted the tile to be repaired and for the tile that was damaged to be replaced. I have been fair and have given him many chances to make good with his warranty agreement. *************************** misled us by believing that he was a licensed contractor when he is not. Dayron seems to operate under Design Home remodeling Corp. I never met anyone that owns or works at Design Home remodeling Corp. No one from Design Home Remodeling Corp has ever done or ever did a final inspection walk through my home. Im including some supporting docs but I have more.
