    How is Aeyanna ******, allowed to get away with this. Yall allowed a w2 nurse to get 20k when there was people who really needed the money and all she did was spend it on a sweet sixteen party and buy a some land with the money while getting paid time and a half at work.

    Hello,I have numerous issues with this company (******** One). For starters the customer support will not answer my ticket no matter how many times I request for help. It got to the point where I didnt care about my problem anymore and just wanted my ticket closed. They didnt do it .At the time of this writing it has been 4 days since my request and from me begging them to close it ! Another issue is that I never received my payment . It states that the *** payment of 54 dollars has been completed but I never received it !?!?

    In 2021 I applied for a ppp loan Bentworth Capital accepted it i then apply for forgiveness loan and they keep saying i did not when I did. Now they keep sending emails that what i owe is going to the government and i can face prison time? What?

    This company has assisted an ongoing scammer with ppp loan funding and online it states the funding was forgiven, after all of the fraud. *********************** poses as a promoter arts , but hacks and stills identies for a living. She then puts them on a platform and gives access for pay to people! She has stolen my identity, gallery full of personal info like my drivers license, She has shoved email addresses that she hacked into every account used in my everyday life from payroll to medical! She has tapped tracked and hacked all devices with the assistance of ppp funding! She does not work and never had permission to make anyone her client! I have proof of everything! She manages my phone through identity theft and pretending shes an organization! She uses software certificates and okta identity services to keep track of me! She is using ***** software services and slavery tactics! Stalking is a crime! Her loan information needs to be investigated. She also took out another fraud loan with another lender in my name, but identity thefted it to say the person is deceased

    benworthe calls me leaves bauge messages about a debt i know nothing about, i have fraud alerts on my credit, the fraudsters somehow have all my information including drivers license..., yet i can't talk to a living person at this ******* place about a ppp loan 8 never asked for, and never saw a dime from.... sounds like fraud, i even shut down a checking account due to fraud. great

    I received a PPP loan from Benworth Capital through womply for my business in May 2021. Benworth Capital has somehow managed to input my information incorrectly with the *** and now has a hold on my account so that I cannot file for Forgiveness. I have refiled the paperwork with Benworth however they haven't released the hold and will not respond to my inquiries for them to fix the problem. I tried contacting Benworth on numerous emails and have gotten delivery failures or no response. When I call It keeps giving me an email address that no one responds to and I cannot get anyone on the phone. Time is running out and I don''t want to be accused of fraud because I didn't apply for the forgiveness. They Suck!!!!!!!

    I applied for a PPP Loan. The loan was approved by the *** and Benworth Capital. I signed a promissory notice. I provided my personal bank account after AMEX returned the payment with the code R23. I looked up the code and it simply provides, "the Receiver has not authorized this credit entry to this account." When I called AMEX they informed me they do not accept PPP Loan deposits. In any event, I never received the funds. I received a notice that my payment is due on the loan I never received. I contacted Benworth Capital again, submitted the online questionnaire, and provided the additional information they requested, including my photo ID and bank account number. ********************************************* admits they received the funds returned from the bank, but now claim "returned said funds to the *** and they are processing." Again, the loan was approved, I signed a promissory note, and the it was funded, but Benworth Capital is still holding onto the monies. There should be a class action lawsuit concerning the unlawful business practice.

    If you have an SBA PPP Loan number and have not received your funds,your loan has been cancelled with the **** You will not be responsible for applying for forgiveness or repaying the loan.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was approved and signed a Promissory Note on March 24, 2021. This was well before the end of the program. Benworth Capital sent the funds to my account with ***************** The returned the funds to Benworth Capital because **************** does not accept loan deposits into this type of account due to their own compliance. Benworth Capital was aware of the issue and responds: We try our best to request the funds in return, contact the borrower to notify them of the bank issue and re-wire the funds as soon as possible. I immediately provided Benworth Capital with a different bank account, which I personally verified accepts the deposits. Benworth Capital did not "re-wire the funds as soon as possible." They did not re-wire the funds at all.  Benworth Capital unlawfully withheld the funds until the expiration of the program. I am still receiving notices that the loan funded and my loan payments are past due. This seems to be their business practice as can be seen from the numerous reviews on BBB.

    Benworth Capital unlawfully retained the funds, as well as the fees for processing the loan under the program - 5% fee on loans under $350,000, 3% on loans between $350,000 and $2 million and 1% on loans above $2 million.
