    I visit the store location which was located in ************* the address to location is ***************************************************************************************** so I purchase a few items around 8:47 am on 10/16/20204 so after I used my card there I tried to use it at another location and it was saying insufficient funds so I check my account and there was unauthorized chargers that I was not aware of I had never experience this problem so I thought about the last place I used my card which was rebel and when I walked in the store something was off about the associate which his name was ******* so I called to report the chargers on my account and I also went back to the location to talk to a manager which was the same *** ******* who did my transaction and he was not understanding to the situation he didnt have no care in the world and said he couldnt do anything about I ask for the district number he said there wasnt any number so I contact the customer service number which I left messages and no one has returned my call and Im also going to file a police report so I need to speak with someone so that this will never happen again

    ******* ****** from the #*** Store advised that the consumer came in the morning with her kids and EBT card, and then in the afternoon she came back to pick up her kids because they go to school nearby and her and her husband came in to accuse the cashier of stealing her card info because she received a charge from somewhere in ********. ******* advised to her and her husband that he was the only cashier and this was not true.

    The corporation for their store inspected the card reader and confirmed their systems were fine. The corporation asked the consumer for her statements to prove her accusations and 3 weeks went by without any update or statements sent to them. Due to this, the ******************* has closed the case and will not be reopened. ******* also advised that since the consumer has a history of claiming and filing complaint about this sort of thing with other companies they believe it was a scam.

    The store manager did not reach out to me and also this is my first incident at this store and I also dispute my case with *** and I have my documents to prove it

    Good morning,  customer never send  the statement to  the store email. 

    Even I requested it several times when her daughter coming to the store and I even provided the store email twice  to her daughter. 

    She never responded to  my request. 

    Plus they stop coming  to the store since that happened.  And now her daughter stop coming to the store.
