    June 2023 I pay cg smile ****** dollar for dental implants I received the implant but it fail 3 time due to their negligence now they want me to pay another ***** to get Dential work done. They install 3 s**** in my mouth and all 3 are missing they dont know where it went. Im like what I did not remove them sowhere are they

    Back in 2021 I believe I contacted CG dental cosmetics about getting work done to my teeth. I places a 3500 deposit towards the work. I was told I could ALWAYS request a refund. Fast forward to ****** I requested a refund. I was told I would loss ******* for cancellation which was ok. I agreed to that. Its took months to send me the form need to sign to receive my refund. I got the email with attached form in December of 2023. I returned it promptly on the 26. The docusign states that a refund via check to my address listed on the paper would arrived with 30 business days. Its been almost a year. No returns call not will they return voicemails and calls. So unprofessional and I feels as if I have been scammed!

    I cancelled the procedure in 03/19/2024 with the coordinator assigned. She verified she received my request and will put in a refund/cancellation:credit (I have proof with screenshots). I was still getting billed from the credit card *******. I contacted the coordinator on 06/13/2024 for status, she replied I have to send an email to the claims department. I questioned why this information was not provided when I initially requested the cancellation. I have not received any services as I requested for cancellation. I am paying for a service that I have not had. This entire situation has caused my credit to lower. All I am asking for is for a refund/credit/cancellation for a service I never received. I have left countless voicemails and emails and no one has responded. This is highly unprofessional and I feel this is happening to many other vulnerable patients.     Last year around February. I was approved for a $35,000 loan for cosmetic dental work. I had a free consultation with CG Smiles. I later had a mid stroke. I decided not to go forward with the procedure due to the stroke and the cost. CG Smiles Qouted me a price of $30,000. I later found out while trying to refinance my house that they kept the money. I called and emailed them numerous times. No responses to my emails and when I called, I was told to email the ****************** No response from the claims department or the Supervisor email. Please help ????

    On March 28 2023 I requested a refund for services never provided from CG Smile. Due to Army obligations I needed to cancel my appointment. I was told it would take 30 days and to receive the refund however that did not happen. I took out a loan with comenity bank to get this service completed and after I was verbally told over the phone I deployed and had no access to my mail. When I came back I had missed two payments on my load and it was sent to my credit report and now my credit has also suffered. I have called and sent emails multiple times with no response. I have contacted via ******** and instagam and get a basic sorry it is taking so long. I have to $267 monthly for a service I never received.

    On 11/22/2023 CG Smile charged me $7000 for some dental work. They are located in ***** and I reside in MO. I was scheduled to have the services performed June 1st. I canceled the procedure in March and they provided me with a statement showing they would refund me and I would owe $1000 in cancellation fees. Here it is July 21st and I am still waiting for the refund. I have contacted the facility and I am not getting any responses.

    I have been a victim of a scam by a dental practice. (CG SMILE) Located in ***** ******* They deceived me into paying for services that were never provided and presented plans that are not even offered by Alphaeon Credit. The appropriate method for conducting a Veneers consultation is through an in-person visit rather than over the phone, where pictures are provided to a coordinator. It's important to note that a coordinator is not a doctor, and their expertise is not sufficient for an accurate assessment. Be aware of this Practice they are deceiving customers just to take payment and once they get your payment they will give you the complete run around to get your refund.

    I contacted them regarding a quote and provided information which they took to take a loan of $5000 for a service I was not aware of. I do not quality to have their services health wise and they refuse to give me a refund. I have tried calling for over 2 months and I am hung up on and sent to a voicemail. They refuse to answer. I am at an ends meet and cannot go in person because I live out of state.

    On 05/6/22 CG Smile of ***** agreed to provide services for an agreed amount of ********. I made three payments totaling the amount of $4900.00 and as I contacted them to make a final payment, ******** the coordinator, stated a different amount much more than the original contract amount and the doctor may not complete services if the added on procedures are not corrected. I did not agree with the additional fees of ******* and then requested a refund based on the new amount and conflicting dates. I was informed the $1,000 deposit could be used toward other services such as teeth whitening in which I received in writing from ******** I requested a refund in November and several worker hung up in my face after I asked who I was speaking with. The claims representative emailed after I contacted the credit company and they conducted an inquiry. They mentioned I would receive a refund in 30 days. They now refuse to honor the deposit being utilized for other services as they agreed upon in writing. It has been past 30 days and I havent received any type of refund, they have blocked my phone number and there is no response when I email or text them. Reading other reviews, I see that this type of situation of taking consumers money and when a legal refund is requested, they disappear has been ongoing and it is time for this company to be investigated and give back monies that they are fraudulently scamming from consumers.
