TEST KITS EXPIRED AFTER 1 YEAR BUT LET ME USE AN EXPIRED TEST IN JANUARY TO TRAVEL, 2 MONTHS LATER I CANT USE THE SAME TEST. I'M FEELING LIKE THIS COMPANY LINES UP TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND INHIBIT TRAVEL OVER A COMMON COLD. WHY HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE IF YOU HVE A GREY AREA IN REGUARDS TO THE EXPIRATION DATE. Were sorry your experience didnt match your expectations. The expiration dates on the BinaxNOW Home Test Kits were approved for an extension which has now begun to expire as well. I'm sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused.
As a courtesy, I've processed a partial refund for your most recent order back in August of 2021. You will see $50 credited to your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

I ordered eMed kits before going to Europe in May for $162.87 plus shipping fees. The eMed agent told me they do not handle insurance claims but all I needed to do was to send an eMed receipt directly to my insurance company who in turn would refund me. The agent did not tell me to get prior authorization. The travel requirements changed and we didn't need to use the kits. On return from Europe in August, I tried to file a claim on Express Scripts website (they handle all pharmacy claims for ABCBS) but the eMed lab *** number wouldn't work on Express Scripts website. I tried to make a. claim over the phone but again the *** number was non existent in Express Scripts system. I ended up sending a reimbursement claim to Express Scripts in the mail in October and in November they denied my claim saying that eMed kits were not covered. I am on medical leave and $162.87 is a lot of money as I'm on low income. I am very disappointed with eMed and I hope and trust they can resolve my case and issue me a refund.eMED Labs, LLC

If there was an option for zero stars I would pick it instead. I ordered my 6 pack kit a week before I needed it and paid $45 for standard overnight to the hotel where I would be staying prior to departing for my cruise. When I checked in, the hotel informed me that they never received a package. Upon calling eMed, they told me the order was never sent. Would never recommend!eMED Labs, LLC

This company is a fraud. They took my $300 for test kits that it turned out I did not need for a re-entry flight into the US, once government policies changed. When I attempted to return the unopened kits, that still had the eMed shipping tape on them, they repeatedly quoted that they cannot accept returns of "medical equipment." They took back kits and refunded a personal acquaintance of mine who was in the exact same position, proving that their kits can be accepted as a return. The more I complained, the more adamant they became until they closed my case and refused communication. I returned my unopened mail packages anyway, and even though they have them in their physical possession, they still refuse reimbursement. It is an undeniable violation of consumer rights.eMED Labs, LLC

The tests shipped without the Reagent bottle. Because travel tests must be supervised and two days before travel, you only discover this problem on camera when it's too late to do anything about it. I was left up a creek without a paddle, and am now struggling to get an in-person appointment. The only remedy they provide is shipping another ***********, after your departure date. This seems like a convenience, I can only tell you not to waste a minute with the eMed testing and just schedule an in-person test for travel.eMED Labs, LLC

1 starEmed company over charge my account , *********** gave me the runaround in returning or I should say refunding my funds back to my account they say I had to return it and then called them back and when I did they told me wait seven days which I had called a lot later than seven days and it took a long time and I still didnt get my refunds and then they said you have to give me my email to get email from the company so they can email you to get your funds back this is a scam. I purchased this in June 13, 2022 I am still waiting for my refund its July 11,2022
