    My husband and I booked a door-to-door cruise (booking # *** ******) on 8/8/23 in order to receive discounts on the cruise. The catalog stated "door-to-door all inclusive fares with refundable reduced deposit when booked by 31 August 2023. We requested our flights to be from **************. On 12/29/23 we received an e-mail that we were flying out of JFK .It was corrected on 4/18/24. We requested a post cruise hotel in ****. E-mail of 4/29/24 showed a pre cruise room at **************************** in ******. When my husband called he was told that we would have to correct it ourselves. It was at this point that we decided we could not trust the cruise line to provide a safe uninterrupted trip and requested a cancellation. We were told we would get $139.50 back and they were keeping our deposit. Considering they are the ones that made us feel unsafe and their brochure states our package was refundable, I believe we should get a full refund. They ruined our 50th anniversary vacation.

    SilverSeas Management: I am writing to request a price reduction for my upcoming cruise. I booked the reservation directly on 11/82023 with Siliverseas per one of your agents based on a personal recommendation from your valued customers. Because it was a referral, I received a $500 referral bonus. I was told to book right away since there was only one room left at the low cost and the cost would increase after that one lower-cost room was sold out. So, I called the Silverseas agent right away to confirm that would be the lowest price. He confirmed this would be the lowest cost I could receive so I bought the cruise for my husband and I. I have this documentation. A few days later, I moved my reservation to American Express so I could receive their cruise benefits. On 12/22/2023, I just happened to look online at the cruise just a few weeks later and the cost was $1,000 less ($5.950 each) than what I booked it for. I even requested and received a confirmation of the lower cost (I have this documentation). I also have this documentation. Once I saw this, I immediately contacted my American Express Travel agent who talked to one of your supervisors who told her that I had a $500 discount already. But I reminded her that was for the referral, and the $500 was supposed to be off the lowest cost room. She tried again and the supervisors would not reduce the price and said the price was instead back up again. Then on 12/28/23 I contacted the Silverseas agent directly once more with all the proof of the price reduction. He said he forward my email to management but could not help me because I moved my reservation to American Express. That was really frustrating since it was your agent who told me that I had the lowest price so I feel very frustrated and not told the entire truth that I was told I had the lowest price it would be but then just a month later, the price is reduced $1,000. So I keep getting the runaround. Who can I contact to get help?
