            Avoid at all costs! Verify problem and they take weeks into months and still not corrected! As you read with many others about this verify issues with others!! They gladly accept my funds from my verified legit bank account, yet now its in limbo to verify?!?! Very suspicious behavior from a company and this scam company needs verification themselves! They cannot be BBB verified and its supposed open in 2011?

            I am extremely dissatisfied with Blockchain.com's service. Since December 2023, the company has withheld my bitcoins, and every withdrawal attempt has failed. Customer support provides vague responses and does not resolve the issue, raising suspicions of unethical practices. This experience feels like a scam, as my funds remain inaccessible without valid justification. I do not recommend this platform to anyone who values transparency and the security of their cryptocurrency investments.

            I have deposited into Wallet and now Its been locked, I can not move them. Im trying to contact anyone there, no luuck. Its been now month or so, still no luck. I am not sure how to get my funds out of these company. Its stuck in there. Anyone have any idea? I have emailed them so many times, but no luck, no one seems to reply back to me. Funds stuck, where to go? how to deal with them?

            ****** been able to withdraw my funds in over a year. Bank withdraws are unavailable, anything through Plaid has bounced & been sent back, & same with withdraws through credit/debit. I feel like Im being scammed & will never purchase any currency through this app again.

            This is probably the worst wallet to use. I submitted my information and documents. My account was verified on January 15th. I deposited some money at which time my account became “in review” I tried contacting their customer support by phone. I was told numerous times I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. That never happened. I also submitted numerous emails and service requests. All I ever received was a standard form letters and ticket numbers. Again, no action was ever taken or no further inquiry was made by the company. Therefore, my funds are stuck in a wallet and I have no control over them. This company needs to be shut down so more fraud occurs.

            I recovered my account in February (4 months ago) and to this day I still do not have access to my Bitcoin because my account is still undergoing a re-verification process by the internal team. Because of this ongoing process, I am no longer able to send my Bitcoin to any external wallet or withdraw funds to my bank account. I have an email chain of about 30 emails between me and their support team and am getting nowhere. Highly recommend NOT using this service and instead using something like Coinbase Pro for crypto trading. On Reddit there is a surplus of horror stories about people losing their assets because of this excuse of a company. The word needs to get out that this company will freeze your assets for long periods of time over very vague procedures that happen "internally." One of the biggest mistakes I made was sending Bitcoin to my Blockchain.com wallet.
