      I have a 2013 legacy wallet, it's password, and it's aes.json file. In 2021 I had to use the json file to create a new wallet as legacy wallets were outdated. Done!! Most assets transferred to the new wallet. Great!! Now in 2025 the new wallet shows a $0 balance. Support gives an answer that does square with the question. "If you forgot your password use your 12 word password" ...No...I can sign in, I have my passphrase...the balance says $0.....where are my assets? Support goes cold.

      I also got scammed while using their platform.I was able to get my money back through a class action, you can open a case here ***********

      Well I signed up blockchain I did one transaction with him about some crypto and I sent it to someone and I still have $500 and my profile okay they canceled my enrollment and told me that I couldn't use it I couldn't do no transactions and that my remaining funds I would be able to get back okay now it's been almost 3 months now I've been trying to get my funds back like gas and then they continue to cancel my membership okay well they haven't let me log in to keep closing my account locking me out of the account not let him get my funds out like they said I'd be able to and I'm still trying to this day to get my remaining $500 out of there system and they keep playing games with me let me log in or don't not letting me log in would make me go through logging in and trying to log in and not let me log in if you keep sending me back to the beginning of logging in over and over looping it and that's where I'm at now trying to get my phones back from them still but they keep moving me logging in and keep stopping me to log in telling me my money is on hold and I don't why it's on hold. For the reason for not letting me have my phone's back and it says my money and I control what my money and it's not the case they're holding it that gets your trouble in it I have no access to it and that's not right so I'll be aware of anybody out there but blockchain they're ripped off

      I have deposited into Wallet and now Its been locked, I can not move them. Im trying to contact anyone there, no luuck. Its been now month or so, still no luck. I am not sure how to get my funds out of these company. Its stuck in there. Anyone have any idea? I have emailed them so many times, but no luck, no one seems to reply back to me. Funds stuck, where to go? how to deal with them?

      ****** been able to withdraw my funds in over a year. Bank withdraws are unavailable, anything through Plaid has bounced & been sent back, & same with withdraws through credit/debit. I feel like Im being scammed & will never purchase any currency through this app again.

      This is probably the worst wallet to use. I submitted my information and documents. My account was verified on January 15th. I deposited some money at which time my account became “in review” I tried contacting their customer support by phone. I was told numerous times I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. That never happened. I also submitted numerous emails and service requests. All I ever received was a standard form letters and ticket numbers. Again, no action was ever taken or no further inquiry was made by the company. Therefore, my funds are stuck in a wallet and I have no control over them. This company needs to be shut down so more fraud occurs.
