    I sought out this company to fix all the dental issues I had and perfect my smile. 2 years into what is supposed to be my final design Im spending my own money flying back and forth to *****, because they cannot get these final veneers properly designed and in place. Furthermore they did not do all the work as described in their own treatment plan and I requested a refund as I refuse to let them do anymore work on me. Its been since 8/2023 and I just keep getting told theyre emailing accounting. I want my money and my final design completed. Furthermore, I had to have surgery with a perio as my gums started separating from my tooth where they installed an implant. Ive spent thousands of dollars in oral surgery with my perio and I may have to lose the implants due to their negligence. They are like a factory get you in and get you out once they collect their money they treat you horribly. They use the poorest materials such as anesthesia etc. the doctors are borderline inhumane and piggish with no bedside manner. I just want my refund and to have my final implants put in.

    I went into the office of dental design smile for a consultation October 2023. ***********, ** location m. After the consultation I sat down with the financial services guy who asked me would I like to apply for care credit . I stated yes and he asked my info and told me I was approved for care plus ******* and Alphaeon *******. I made appointment with receptionist to my start dental work and left the office . The office called and canceled my 1st appointment and asked would I like to reschedule I advised the person I would call back when Im ready to make my appointment. After 3 months I received a call from a credit agency regarding delinquent payments on my Alphaeon card which I never used because its at my home. I received another call from credit agency regarding delinquencies on my care plus card which was in my possession at home never used. Both cards were used and maxed out ******* each. I called the dental office frantically speaking unaware of how my cards that are in my possession being charged without my acknowledgement. They told me they charged my cards one date of service (consultation day) because they assumed I would come back after I left. I advised them that was illegal and to refund me immediately. They said they will see! They refunded care plus the full ******* and paid Alphaeon ******* leaving me a ****** outstanding ********. My credit report has 6 delinquent payments for cards I never used and services I never rendered

    Sept ******* ******* Porcelain veneers I was unable to get my veneers due to excessive bleeding and high blood pressure I submitted my refund request on September 13, 2024 and was told it would **** * to 8 weeks to receive my requested refund. I have reached out 3 times already to speak with someone about my refund because it is past 8 weeks I'm told someone will reach out each time and no one has. I was told no one is never available for me to speak with in finance I have let them know it's been an ongoing issue with me just wanting my refund I couldn't continue service so I should have had my money by now. **************** is horrible they rush to get you off the phone and rude when you ask to speak with a office manager its always no one is available but I will let them know to call you. And it's just getting unnecessary when I've done my refund request but still have yet to receive my refund. They have my money and I don't have they veneers all I want is my money so I can move on this has been a stressful situation for me

    This place is a total bait-and-switch scam. From the start, I was harassed relentlessly to book my appointment and pay my deposit. After securing my flight and arriving at the clinic on 10/31/24, they suddenly added $5,000 to the bill. I was originally quoted $750 per implant, but they quickly changed it to nearly $2,000 per tooth. When I told them I had no interest in paying their inflated bait-and-switch price, the manager started changing the price repeatedly. This place operates more like a used car lot than a dental office.

    I was so impressed by the advertised work and deals. I put ****** for an appointment in ***** but due to the pandemic getting so bad I could not go to *****. At some point they opened a location in my state in ***********. I went in September 23 there the first time for my consultation and everyone was very nice. Doctor ***** did my consultation and advised that porcelain veneers would look better and are better quality. Although, I was very reluctant because they were a lot more money as opposed to the resin design that I planned to get,I took his professional opinion. My date for my cleaning was 4/12/24 ,then 4/15 was the date my design started! I was excited. I was sent home with temporary teeth that were extremely yellow but I didnt complain because I had faith that my design would be worth it. 3 weeks later my design comes in on May 7. Dr ********* put in my porcelain veneers ,but while he was doing this he was knocking things over as if he were inebriated. Once finally done my design was oversized ,uneven, and my teeth were all different sizes and shapes. My left k9 looked like a literal coyote fang. I was given a temporary crown that fell out many times in public. Which was extremely embarrassing and it was whiter than the rest of the smile. I told dr. ********* my concerns about my teeth and he shows me an old picture of my real teeth as if that was going to make me feel better. This was the beginning of what was 6months ,twice a month, 1 hour and a half for them to fix my design. I had to take off of work , pay so much in gas and tolls, miss time with my child and it was very stressful. Id go there thinking every day they would be completely fixing it. It took 6 months for my smile to look ok. But it does not look like what was advertised. Dr. ***** tried to fix the major issues that dr. ********* messed up on,which Im grateful for,but I didnt get what I paid for. My teeth are not matching,uneven, and still very big. Id like a full refund

    I went to dental design in ********** for a consultation and agreed to get the work done unfortunately for health reasons I can not get the work done I paid ****** with a credit card and the remaining in cash . I have requested a full refund and yet to receive proof of it being requested or a refund no one is giving me answers.its going in a month and nothing

    The date of the transaction was August 21, 2024 That was the date when the deposit was paid. The amount of the transaction was $250 down payment. The Bussiness promised me a price online, which made me pay the ******************************************************** at $7500 for my dental procedure The nature of my dispute is that when I got to the facility, they changed the price on the paperwork that they agreed upon tried to charge me three more thousand dollars on top of what we agreed upon. I am not able to pay that amount so I reached out trying to explain to them that someone gave me one price and when I got there, it was another price and Im not able to pay and can I get my deposit back and they told me that they were not refunding anything even though they were the one that changed the price on me to where I could not afford the procedure to where they end up keeping my $250 . The representative, which goes by ********* and I communicated several occasions via text messages and also through the WhatsApp.

    DURING MY RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH ********************, I ENCOUNTERED A DISTURBING SERIES OF EVENTS THAT RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT DISTRESS AND POTENTIAL HARM TO MY HEALTH. INITIALLY, I HAD A TREATMENT PLAN IN PLACE FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID. HOWEVER, THE ORAL SURGEON ATTEMPTED TO SWITCH MY TREATMENT PLAN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. HE ENGAGED A CONSULTATNT TO MODIFY THE PLAN AND THE PRESSURED ME TO SIGN THE NEW AGREEMENT. WHEN I REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE NEW PLAN, THE SURGEON DELIBERATELY PROLONGED MY TREATMENT. HE USED OUTDATED X-RAYS TO FALSELY CLAIM THAT I HAD AN INFECTION IN MY MOUTH. DESPITE THIS ALLEGED INFECTION, HE PROCEEDED TO EXTRACT TEETH ON THE SAME DAY, WHICH IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF PROFESSIONAL PROTOCOLS THAT DICTATE INFECTIONS SHOULD BE TREATED BEFORE ANY INVASIVE PROCEDURES ARE UNDERTAKEN. MOREOVER, THE OFFICE MANAGER, *********************, HANDLED THE SITUATION WITH A BLATANT LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. SHE ADDRESSED ME IN A RUDE AND ABRUPT MANNER WHEN I DISCUSSED THE INCIDENT WITH HER. REFERENCING MY COMPLAINT TO THE AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION ***** ABOUT THE SURGEONS CONDUCT, ********************* REFUSED TO PROVIDE MY MEDICAL RECORDS, A RIGHT TO WHICH I AM LEGALLY ENTITLED. SHE ESCALATED THE SITUATION BY INSTRUCTING SECURITY TO BAR ME FROM THE PROPERTY, FORCING ME TO CALL THE POLICE TO MEDIATE THE ISSUE. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS RAISED SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THE ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF THE ORAL SURGEON AND THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS FACILITY. THEIR ACTION NOT ONLY COMPROMISED MY TREATMENT BUT ALSO VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AS A PATIENT. I AM SEEKING THE FULL UNCOMPROMISED TREATMENT THAT I PAID FOR OR A REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED YET PAID FOR. IN ADDITION TO THE EXTRA FUNDS PAID FOR FURTHER TREATMENT

    3/26/2024 I PAID THIS COMPANY A DEPOSIT ON $250 FOR SERVICES AND THE COMPANY LIED SAID THEY DIDNT GET THE MONEY ON MY CARD, THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME 6 TIMES AND SAID THEY DIDNT GET UNTIL I SHOWED SCREEN SHOTS AND SHE THEN CHANGED HER STORY TO IT BEING PENDING AND INSTEAD OF REUNDING THE OTHER 5 TRANSCATIONS SHE MOVED TO BECOMING ARGUMENTIVE AND DECIDING TO GO BACK AND FORTH ON THE TRANSCATIONS WHEN PAPERWORK DOESN'T LIE ***** THE ALLEGED MANAGER WANTED TO ARGUE TO THE POINT I HAD TO INFORM HER I CAN GET MY LEGAL TEAM INVOLVED SCREENSHOTS AVALIABLE THIS IS BY FAR UNACCEPTABLE.     I was told no shaving would be done at the time of my visit. I later went to another dentist, who was able to see that they did damage my teeth by shaving them down, and the material keeps chipping. I reached out to the company several times, asking for them to fix the issue, and was told someone would call me back. I have never received any calls or emails since this place is scamming people out of their money and needs to be investigated by the city. This has been a nightmare for me.
