      I received unsolicited text messages and phone calls from Globelend, mentioning me by my first name. I have NO prior involvement with this company - this is intolerable spam/phishing has got to end! I have never contacted this company. I have never reached out for a loan from anyone. It's these types of companies, and the soul-less, god-less commies that run them, that cause irreputable harm to people all over *****************. Interrupting me. Interrupting my time. They should all be put in jail.

      Globelend is consistently violating the **** I have numerous recordings of the calls, including one where they assured me I was on the *** list. I will be filing a federal lawsuit for the nuisance. What they are doing is illegal. They know it is. They are doing it intentionally. They will be fined a maximum penalty.Their website does not even have a contact email address. This is a scam.Their reviews on ****** are illegitimate. This is a scam.This company is cheating people with borderline illegal merchant funding deals and actually illegal marketing. F rating on BBB. Stop supporting crooks.

      We first came into contact with *********************** in 2020, **** inquired regarding a ppp loan. There was minimal contact since then. We were unaware that our calls were unwelcoming. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are not in the business of harassing people. We have exceptional track record providing business financing to excel business for well over 10 years. We removed **** from our customer clients list. ****  will not receive any call form our firm going forward.

      I am rejecting this response because: You did not contact me in 2020 regarding a PPP loan. I do not have a PPP loan. I do not have employees and have never had employees. I have never contacted GlobeLend via telephone- ever. I have recorded evidence where they stated that I would not be contacted again. The same employee called me and immediately started a scripted sales call not even 3 minutes later.

      I do appreciate the call this morning where (likely) the owner called to belittle me because of the impending lawsuit. Stop your scam marketing and you won't have this problem.

Im sorry you dont recall inquiring regarding SBA products 2 years ago. The number we previously called before your complaint was a publicly listed number assigned to your business which are exempt to the **** But again i can assure you, you will not get another call from our company.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You are correct that a business number is exempt from the **** but only for the first call. The number you are calling is not for a listed business. You were calling for "***************** Construction", which is a fictitious company. Your firm was told to put me on the *** and stop calling me. That phone call was recorded and sent to you. Your firm has called me 5 times since this call. You are the only merchant cash advance company getting sued. Most of the others get the memo to leave me alone.

      This review stands. The lawsuit stands. You will not win this by rambling about a PPP loan. I never applied for one and have never even owned a company eligible for one.

We wanted to inform you about some new SBA products, you requested to be removed we did so. You will no longer be contacted from our office. Your other concern about our website not being safe, I can assure you that our site is safe it a Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is an extension of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). It is used for secure communication over a computer. So there nothing to worry about our site not being secure. If you need anything else please feel free to contact us.

      This company has contacted me several times after being told to stop. They somehow obtained my personal cell phone number and have contacted me several times on my personal cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call Registry. These calls are unsolicited and unwanted. Under the **** each call can be fined up to $500 per call and under the Do Not Call Registry I believe the fine can be $43,792 per. Not only am I making it clear here and now that I do not wish to be contacted again. I am also seeking penalties in the amount $87,584.00 for the multiple infractions of unsolicited phone calls. An apology will no longer do.
