My grand daughter bought a $25 Roblox gift card. Roblox has a 10 step puzzle to solve to sign in (prove you're human) or file a request for assistance. I can't get signed in and the puzzle for Roblox help doesn't work. They don't answer their phone. There is no way to contact them. I want a refund of her $25.

Recently my account was terminated for an action i did not do. The reason for this said it was terminated for child endangerment. I did not do any of these. I myself do not know how my account got terminated, so I believe I was hacked. I can provide proof of ownership via transactions and videos of me playing on my account if needed. On that day (11/8) I joined a game with 2 other accounts by name of hizakaze and XkhemtnpX. The game we joined continually asked us to add it to our favorites and the tab would not go away until we did, we left because the game would not start, and from there I was logged out of Roblox and told that my account has been terminated.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am reaching out regarding my Roblox account, "Shaythebiggestt," which was wrongfully terminated on October 23. My account was in good standing, and I had recently invested over $300, including purchasing the Headless Horseman. Losing access to it has been extremely distressing, as I cannot get a refund of my money or use the account the money was spent on.The issue began when my niece used my phone number on her own account , "***********," to access voice chat because why would i think id be affected. I wasnt aware that she was arguing on that account, and it led to an unintended mix-up. Roblox wrongfully accused my account of misusing the Roblox system and "avoiding enforcement" from my nieces account. This was not me and that was pretty clear quickly because they knew I dont come on their way any type of violence, aggression, Bullying or anything of this sort.I appealed and received my account back on October 19 (when i realized) after a false deletion on October 17. I was told it wouldnt affect me in the future. However, I was then banned for seven days for no reason and they could see that for themselves my mic was randomly getting taken for absolutely no reason it was just really sensitive to any and everything. It was almost like I was being picked on , likely due to a mistaken system assumption of the false deletion, I accepted the ban, but then, on October 23, my account was terminated with no prior warning or reason. how can I have done anything on an account on the 23rd that I wasnt getting back until the 26th? That I wasnt even logged into? I couldnt be logged into even if I wanted toDespite submitting multiple appeals, I continue to receive bot responses and am not being heard. I am requesting that Roblox thoroughly review my case to resolve this misunderstanding. The money I spent is not just for a game; it holds value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in getting my account restored.Thank you.

Company: Roblox Account in question: *************** I filed several tickets regarding a Roblox account that my son was using. The account was hacked because he followed a scam link. The hacker started charging 30-40$ per month to my bank account from that hacked account. After submitting 3 tickets to Roblox, I got no responses, updates, or any indication that a human actually reviewed the ticket. This issue has been going on for more than 3 weeks. I submitted all of the information that they required and still no human responses, updates, or action was taken. This issue has cost me money, time, and stress. I had to block and reorder a debit card with is highly inconvenient since I pay all of my bills online and order most of my supplies online. I would like someone to investigate or find out if anyone has taken action against the hackers or tried to restore the account back to me. I am selecting Repair because I want that account back. I have invested hundreds of dollars into that account.

I applied with Roblox Group LLC for working capitol. I was told I had to pay the advance off first to begin utilizing the agreed upon working capitol in the amount of $250,000.00 the advanced amount was $8000.00 however $4000.00 would come from my account the rest would be deducted from the amount of working capitol. After the monies was Zelled from my account they confirmed the amount afterwards I was told it would be forwarded.. After so long I began calling and was told they were having IT issued and it would be worked out. This never happened I called and was told the same thing after a day of calling and then the weekend passed I'm now no longer able to get anyone on the phone to tell me whats going on. In the meantime I have no money and the portal isnt showing any amount to be disbursed for working capitol.
