    I invested valuable time meeting with the company's owner, dedicating 20 minutes of my schedule at the project site, only to be presented with an estimate that felt incredibly disparaging.I'm left pondering how they can justify their pricing, which is three times higher than that of two other general contractors and a flooring specialist who included a more comprehensive range of services. In an attempt to seek clarification, I contacted the owner to discuss the perplexing estimate, only to find that he couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. Instead, he shifted the blame to the installer and demolition specialist, stating that they were the ones who provided the figures. When I questioned his role as the company owner and whether he had reviewed the estimate beforehand, he confirmed that he had but these are his numbers.It's truly disheartening and offensive to receive an estimate of $60,000 for a 1,600-square-foot residence, covering only demolition and porcelain installation, excluding the actual materials (such as soundproofing and porcelain). Such a pricing scheme is utterly unparalleled in my experience, and I sincerely hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others contemplating the use of this company. I deeply regret having invested my time with them.
