      I placed an order with this company in early September and ordered the 3 items. Because they are not clear about how many items you will receive for each item, I was under the impression that I'd receive more than what I was getting. For example, I order the soursop (which costs $60) and I only received one (1). In whole, I ordered three (3) separate items, not to be confused with the seasonal boxes they have. My order came out to $130. The package came to me in good timing, this was a good sign *so I thought*. I eat the soursop and dragonfruit on the first two days. When I opened both of my cacao pods on the second day of having it, they both were spoiled rotten inside, to the point that they were completely black inside and the odor filled the room. I wrote them on their site and explained that the pods were no good and if they could send replacements or send another soursop instead (I didn't even ask for the refund because I wanted to still support them). Then, they told me that since I was over their 24-hour return limit, that there was nothing they could do. Yes, 24 hours! This is not enough time to examine all the fruit, especially when it's in a shell, if it isn't ripe yet, or if only one person is consuming these fruits. The crazy part is that I was on Instagram live, opening this fruit and all my viewers saw the absolute mess I opened. We all were disgusted, to say the least. So, after sending photos and a request for them to make this right, they ended up sending replacements for the cacao pods (which I was reluctant to open and eat, due to my previous experience). Again, when I opened it, there wasn't anything to eat or even lick, from the fruit. I wanted to believe and support this company, but after everything I've experienced, I will no longer order or recommend any of my viewers/followers to this company. I spent $130, in good faith, and received a complete mess. All I'm saying is, Don't let the Celebrity testimonials fool up. I'm sure they get their fruits heavily examined and the others just get whatever is on the shelf or what needs to go. There is another company, not too far from this one, that sells similar items and I'll be shopping from (as a substitute). *To the company: There is no need for a rebuttal. I've seen and heard enough.

      Thank you for your feedback, Nadiyah. We are sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. Our support team has reached out with a resolution since September 20th, however, we're yet to get a response.

      Based on our interaction with you since your initial email of your damaged Cacao Pods, our team has been working in all efforts to rectify your dissatisfaction and improve our service to you. However, you've stopped responding since the last follow-up.

      We have regulations in place to protect you our customers and us as a small business and are committed to maintaining this standard. Most fruits are shipped ripe so that when they arrive, they are ready to be consumed. We understand that fruits are perishable items and therefore request photos of any spoiled/inedible/damaged fruit within 24 hours of receiving them.

      However, while you were outside of this policy requirement, we wanted to make sure you enjoyed your fruit and happily process a resend. Unfortunately, it was not satisfactory. The appearance/condition of fruits varies due to mother nature; the pulp of the Cacao Pods is thin and this one was thinner than normal.

      In response to this, we offered another resend or a replacement of another fruit that is of equal value. This is us trying our best to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. We're still open to our last offer.

      We look forward to your response and hope we can strengthen our relationship.
