This company has very poor business ethic. They sold me furniture that was defective. We called the very next morning and they said someone will reach out to check it out. We did not hear from them back on who was coming do we decided on day 2 to just simple return the merchandise apartment from one of the sectionals not functioning properly they were just too small. We asked to kindly return the merchandise and we would cancel the partial financing and to please return the amount we paid via Zelle. They dodge my calls, they answered my messages hours and days later only to tell me sorry its too late for a refund. And said to me that the invoice says no refunds anyways. Which is untrue. It is UNREALISTIC TO ASK SOMEONE TO PAY FOR MERCHANDISE THAT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY AND DID NOT MEET STANDARDS ESPECIALLY AFTER ONLY HAVING THEM LESS THAN 24 HOURS. I will be submitting the invoice to the BBB in my claim as an exhibit to me demand. I will be suing them. If anyone else has this experience with the store please let me know. To make matters worse please look at the wording of the invoice.

     To whom it may concern,

We at Dollar Furniture make our policies very clear and are very transparent with our customers as shown in the images above. All sales are final even though

at times we make acceptions when its something in our control as far as assembly or delivery. ******************************* is not stating that the sofa is broken or damaged

her complaint is that the sofa is to small for her husband which is also pictured in these images in our sincere opinion she will need a custom made recliner as the one we sold her is the average size for

a recliner we sell these all day and never had experience something like this due to the fact that is an average size sofa set. our job and commitment is done completed

and signed for by the customer ********************************

I am rejecting this response because:

for one my initial reason for contact the very next morning was because the couch was not working properly nor reclining properly. Please see messages attached. Second. After waiting two days for a response on how it would be handled we just decided to return them fully and jokingly I stated to the sales woman its okay cause my husband is too tall for them anyways. So him being too tall was not the reason for the return it was the punchline.

I want a full refund of what was given to them for selling us faulty furniture or my next step is a formal intent to sue.

    Sincerely,
