    So I had unlimited Shower Glass come out quote me and send me an estimate. I then proceeded to accept the estimate and let them begin work unfortunately, that day the install was completed. I was working myself. The wife was home with the cash to pay them which she did. Upon further inspection once I got home from work, I noticed un-level hinges, a sticking door, and spots missing silicone. I called and politely asked them to come out and fix the issues, which they happily did. A major reason I still have an issue is because I specifically asked them to make the door wide enough to remove the freestanding tub inside the shower. After a couple months has gone by I finally decided to upgrade the tub but I cant get the old one out of the shower without removing all the glass that was installed. Which I have no clue how to do and shouldnt have to do if it was built to my specifications. Its no been 2 months of trying to get this resolved with no answer from owner. Today was the first day they answered in over two months saying they would have to charge me again for new glass and because I didnt notice the mistake soon enough.
