      I placed an order for crochet braiding hair on 7/8/24. The only option was to choose flat-rate shipping, which with ***** should arrive in 1-3 business days. I requested the hair be delivered to a different state that I was visiting so I could get my hair done there. More than 10 days later, I have heard nothing from the business. I never received a shipping confirmation. My hair appointment is in 2 days, and I have no hair. Ill be leaving the state in a few days to go back going. I called multiple times, and theres no answer. I emailed as well. I really wished I checked BBB to see their history to know never to purchase there. This business needs to be shut down!

      I placed an order online on April 24. I have emailed them twice about a tracking #, first time they told me it was processing (this was April 30. Second time I emailed on May 4, they emailed me back on May 6 & stated it was processing & packed I will soon receive my tracking number. I still haven't received anything. I paid $32.64 for some braiding hair that I never received yet.

      I have ordered a wig from OneBeautyWorld.com and getting the runaround. **************** has not been any help. I was told that the wig is delayed and wait, 2weeks has passed no one ever get back in touch, I have to be the one to keep emailing them about when will I get the wig. Now they are saying that they have the wig, be looking out for the tracking.....ok, 2 days later still waiting ,same reply and no wig. I just need my wig or give me a refund, I am beginning to think this company is a scam, I have read on a few post from other customers that they have had that same problem like me.

      On April 5th I paid ***** for a wig from this company. Online the shipping was 2 business days. As of April 12th I had not gotten my order or any tracking. I reached out and was given the runaround. No confirmation on when my order would ship. I canceled my order on the 12th. Was told on the 15th through email that my refund would be given and the process takes 3 to 5 business days. As of April 23rd I still haven't gotten my money back or any information from the company. I reached out and got more of the runaround. So I filed a dispute with PayPal. I believe this company is a fraudulent one that doesn't actually have the products to sell. They let you make the order, take your money, and then never send you the product you paid for. I have reached out via email several times and haven't gotten any results.

      I purchase some hair that came to the vaule of $82 I paid extra for priority mail thinking it will ship faster I bought it on Friday the 19th its now Tuesday the 22nd and havent even gotten an email to the one I sent asking them why my order is still processing and why its taking so long my order number is #*********

      I purchased Model Model Havana Jumbo Twists 10" Crochet Braids from One Beauty World website on 3/21/24. The shipment was prepared the same day (Shipment #********* for Order #*********) and I received an email confirmation with the **** Tracking #**********************. On 4/5/24, after not receiving the item, I checked the tracking number with **** and discovered that the package had been "out for delivery" since 3/27. I emailed the company and advised them that, given the current date, the package was probably lost - at which time I asked them to reship it. The company responded, stating, "Its a delay by **** and will deliver the package by the next day they do apologize as well please see the attached screenshot."I replied on 4/6 stating, "It said it would deliver by the next day. The next day was 3/28 - over a week ago. Today is 4/6 and I still don't have the package and there's no further update."The company said, "Thank you for your follow-up please allow us to check with the **** and will get back to you with the update."I followed up on 4/9 stating, " I checked [the status] again online and it still says the same thing. I'm pretty sure it's lost at this point."The company responded, "I already forwarded your query to the shipping team and as soon as they will get back to me I will inform you instantly."Today is the 4/12 and I have not heard back from the company. I emailed them AGAIN today, stating "It's been a week since my initial inquiry and I still haven't received the package. I spoke with a **** agent via the customer service number and they confirmed that the package was most likely lost since it has now been more than 2 WEEKS since it went out for delivery but never delivered. I tried filing a claim but they said the only remedy available was a refund of the postage, which wouldn't do me any good.Can you reship my items (with expedited shipping since it's been almost a MONTH since I've placed this order) or issue a refund?

      Ordered on March 7, it is now March *********************************** not even a tracking number. The company is now trying to say that the item is supposedly on backorder, but that was not stated on their website when I placed my order and its still not stated on their website (the item still shows as available) At this point I just want a refund, I just want my money back.

      I made an online order at One Beauty World . And got an email after a week saying the item I ordered is not available right now. So I said I wanted a refund. I was told my money was refunded and its been a week and I still haven't gotten my refund yet!!!! I hate companies like this. If you don't have the merchandise for sale stop advertising it!!!! Then scamming people out of their hard earned money!!!

      I purchased an item on 2/29 from the seller. The total cost was $64.98. Their shipping policy states that if the item is in stock it will take 1 to 2 business days to ship. If not then 2 to 7 business days. After 3 days I did not receive any information regarding my item. I emailed the company to confirm if it was in stock. They responded the next day saying the were waiting on confirmation to get the stock in. I sent another email on 3/6 stating that as it had been several days already if the product was not shipped out by 3/8 to cancel my order. I got an email saying thank you for the confirmation. On 3/8 I called and spoke with customer and the representative apologized and said she put in a request for the product to be refunded because it still wasn't in stick. Today is 3/12 and they have not responded with status of the refund. The order still remains as processing.
