    One Beauty World along with Owner, *****, has committed fraud with an intentional act of deceit which is a serious crime. One Beauty World obtained my money (debit card transaction) in the amount of $207.80 on March 12, 2025 with the promise of delivery of beauty goods ordered. I initially contacted One Beauty World March 12th to inquire if the items were in stock before placing my order online; One Beauty World assured me the items were in stock. My Order #********* was to arrive Monday, March 17, 2025; however, after contacting One Beauty World, Friday, March 21st and speaking with *****; ***** states they do not know when I will receive my order and unwilling to resolve the issue with a full refund as I requested. It is One Beauty World legal duty to ensure that items purchased are delivered as promised. However, One Beauty World has received my $207.80 which I now know I was scammed. I want future potential customers to be made aware to not do business with this company.Lastly, I just learned after beginning this complaint; you, BBB have an Apt #*** listed in the address of One Beauty World Business Headquarters Location. There is not an Apt # listed on their online website for ordering. This is false representation because One Beauty World has their company address listed as:*****************************************

    I placed an order with them on the 18th of December, noticed it hasn't shipped and emailed them asking if it was going to ship soon. They said midweek, that was around christmas eve. Nothing. Then i emailed them about a week later asking them to refund since they haven't shipped yet. They responded with an I'll look into it. I've emailed them 2 -3 more times after that. No response. Now since they can't seem to respond or refund i have to file a claim and wait longer tj be refunded. This company is unreliable and unresponsive at best. They advertise for a product they don't have so they can't ship as soon as they say they can but make sure to charge you for it and then disappear when you want your money back so you can go shop somewhere that won't rip you off. First and last order i will place with this "business."

    Ordered from them on November 40th still only received one item the other product they keep saying its in back order How can you charge someone for a product and email saying it will be shipped during the week and a month later still nothing I could have order somewhere else if they didnt approve my order

    I ordered ***** Collection havana mambo twist (*********; $40.73) on 10/15/24 and it's now 11/22/24. I have yet to receive the hair. I've inquired via multiple emails about the hair. Little did I know that a company is okay with hijacking someone's hard-earned money. I was even assured I'd receive my hair this week. This week has come and gone. I wish I'd checked the reviews first for this company. I just want my money back.

    Purchased product on September 26, 2024. As of today I have never received the item. Called the business several times. First I was told item is in the queue and will be sent out today 10/11/24. Called on 10/11 to see if item has been shipped. Told item is still in queue. Asked to speak with supervisor. Supervisor is conveniently not in office. Told the customer service person that I wanted my money refunded. Said he will tell the accounting department to refund my money. Asked to speak with the accounting department and was told no. I think this business is scamming people and taking their money. My purchase was only for $16.00, but it's not only about the money..... I am disabled and ********** and for me $16 dollars is a lot of money and it's not right for a business to just take people's money and not send them the item that they paid for. I just want my money back.

    As a first-time customer, I purchased eight packs of styling hair called "Mermaid Locs" from the company's website on 09/04/2024 for a total of $103.92. To expedite my order, I paid $44.10 for **** Priority Mail Express shipping. The company took the money and after two days passed, I never received a tracking number or a confirmation email stating the merchandise was shipped. I then contacted them by email on 09/07/2024 and asked when the merchandise would be shipped. They replied on 09/09/2024 and stated my merchandise would ship "this week." It did not ship and I asked for my refund. On 09/10 they stated my refund would take 3-5 business days. I am very concerned that the company has scammed me and will not be returning my money as they have not honored any other promises made. I have enclosed a document containing the screen shots of my email order and conversation with the company. Please assist me in gaining a full refund for the purchase and the express shipping fee. Thank you in advance for your support and assistance.

    I placed an order for crochet braiding hair on 7/8/24. The only option was to choose flat-rate shipping, which with ***** should arrive in 1-3 business days. I requested the hair be delivered to a different state that I was visiting so I could get my hair done there. More than 10 days later, I have heard nothing from the business. I never received a shipping confirmation. My hair appointment is in 2 days, and I have no hair. Ill be leaving the state in a few days to go back going. I called multiple times, and theres no answer. I emailed as well. I really wished I checked BBB to see their history to know never to purchase there. This business needs to be shut down!

    I placed an order online on April 24. I have emailed them twice about a tracking #, first time they told me it was processing (this was April 30. Second time I emailed on May 4, they emailed me back on May 6 & stated it was processing & packed I will soon receive my tracking number. I still haven't received anything. I paid $32.64 for some braiding hair that I never received yet.
