    We contracted with Granite Transformations of Little Rock for a countertop and backsplash. This is their corporate office. Granite Transformations have failed and refused to complete the job, even though they have been paid nearly $10,000. I have called the corporate office numerous times and no one calls me back. The owner of the *********** location has repeatedly lied to us about the status of the project. The only thing corporate has done is tell ****************** to call us. Apparently, corporate doesn't think this is their problem. They are wrong. When we file a lawsuit, it will not just be ****************** on the complaint, it will be corporate to. We have already sent a demand letter to ******************. Fix this now or just refund the money that we owe so we can find another contractor..

    I wish I could give this company 0 stars. We got this business through Lowes. When they came and quoted us on May 26th 2022, we agreed on the quote. The sales girl said 4-6 weeks; countertop in 2 small bathrooms and kitchen with sink and backsplash. Week later, girl comes in for measurements then says 6-8 weeks for completion. Then had to call the business multiple times to find out why we hadn't heard from anyone in 7 weeks and when they would begin the project. They sent out a guy to take measurements AGAIN but by this point we were already too upset. The lack of customer service and interaction with the production manager infuriated us. He told us if we had a complaint, we had to talk to the sales guy. Then he said the sales guy would call the next day. 4 days later, he called us but since I work during the day, I could not answer the call. I call 2 times morning and afternoon and called their ******* office to receive no response from either. A week later, I called the production guy to cancel the whole project but the *** ****** said they would charge us 30% of the project for no service received. He said that is what the contract said; we received no contract at all and they have yet to send us one. This is disgusting. No company should force their customers to pay $3,000 for a service they haven't received especially with this extreme lack of communication. Something needs to be done.

This review has been left for a Miami location, but please note this customer is in the *******, ** area. That being said, we spoke with the ******* location today and were tol the customer accepted resolution on August 12th and their job will be installed within the next week.

    Below is a response from the business to the customer review you submitted to ************************************************* and ********************************************* locations are independently owned and operated franchises. This review has been left for a Miami location, but please note this customer is in the *******, ** area. That being said, we spoke with the ******* location today and were tol the customer accepted resolution on August 12th and their job will be installed within the next week.We had no choice to accept their "resolution". Either pay 3K for cancelling which was in the "contract" we have YET to see or accept the project. The major issue here is terrible customer service. No company should force their customers into a project especially when they have received no communication from said company.
