    On January 14th I purchased a monthly-paid "total home warranty" on their website - ***********************************. I received a confirmation email from WordPress/Priority Home Warranty, which was a very strange way to get confirmation. WordPress is an open-source content management system for people who want to build a website (and don't have coding experience). Essentially, is allows someone without a lot of technical website knowledge to more easily build their own website or blog. Receiving an email confirmation in this way was very suspicious. And I was right to question it because I have not received the follow-up email with my home warranty contract info. So I called the phone number listed on their website [**************], but it goes to ******** EBT **************** (******** govt food assistance program) - totally unaffiliated with Priority Home Warranty. Then I did an extensive search to see the complaints on the BBB. I am sad to say that after doing what I thought was a reputable search on a couple different places online, I have been had by a bogus company. I have searched for additional phone numbers or contact info, but I can't find anything other than another number on their quote webpage [**************], however it has been disconnected/no longer in service. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and hope to get my $58 back. At worst I'll have to close/change the credit card number to stop any further monthly payment attempts.

    I have a ***************** home warranty with this company (service contract #*************.) On 7/31/2022 my A/C unit stopped working and I opened a claim. I was charged a $60 service fee to open the claim. I had difficulty getting updates on my claim until finally about a week and a half later got in touch with an agent. We had a brief 5 minute conversation during which he told me the replacement of my A/C unit was completely not covered. At this point I paid for the unit myself (about $6,000) on my credit card because it was August in Georgia and I have a young child so I felt it was unsustainable for us to continue to be in the home with the extreme heat. Since then I have reviewed my written policy and do not understand why none of cost qualified for coverage. I have tried to get in touch with an agent by phone over 10 times. I am sent to a call center where the person answering the phone says they cannot give me specifics on my coverage. When I ask to be transferred to someone who can I am told they are unavailable no matter the time of day (they are either "at lunch", haven't come into the office yet, or have already left for the day) and that they will call me back. I have never received a call back. I have sent multiple e-mails which have not been replied to. I have attempted to use the chat function on their website and have been redirected to the phone number. All I want is to talk to someone who can explain my coverage to me and justify why none of the cost of replacing my A/C unit was covered. At this point I don't know how to make them talk to me. Please help.

    Purchased a home warranty through Priority Home Warranty. All phone numbers are disconnected and no way to contact this company. We would like our money back., *********** never send documents in regards to the contract.

    I paid for multi-year plans for 2 homes to be covered with PHW but despite paying more than $4,000 to the business, when I went to file a claim I couldn't get a hold of anybody for weeks. I spent a lot of time trying to get through to someone. So then I had to pay for the service myself. So not only did I lose time/money paying PHW, I also had to service both of my homes solo since unfortunately they both had issues at the same time. Thirdly, now I'm having to buy a whole new warranty. So I'm losing money from all ends. I need PHW to reimburse me for the recent service calls and/or fully refund me the payments for each house.

    We filed a claim for a plumbing issue with our home warranty company and the plumber came out did the work but never got paid. The plumber and I have tried to contact the company and either get a response that our account is not active or call can't be completed. Neither of us can reach anyone, and I am out over $490 + plumber fees. I want my money back and for them to honor their contract with the plumber "*********************" in ********* ******.

    In March of 2022, I paid Priority Home Warranty LLC., $1234.38 for 3 years of coverage. I filed a claim for my dishwasher, which is supposed to be covered and have received no response. I called the customer service line and it is disconnected. Also, no response to emails. This is criminal.

What They Do Is Take Your Money And Block Your Number, I Need Help With Getting My $600 Refund Their Address Is ******************************************** *********** FEI/EIN No. Is 84-4758014 ************ Needs To Be Investigated Because They Are Making Millions Of Dollars With This Scam! And Based On The Reviews On Trust Pilot ********** The Demand Is Very High People Wanting Their Money Back, And No One Is Able To Contact Them, They Also Be Posting Fake Reviews Just To Keep The Scam Going!     I started my contract with Priority Home Warranty in February of 2022. They have been debiting my account for $44.58 every month since. I went to file a claim and the company seems to have disappeared. All numbers are disconnected and there has been no response to my claim or emails. I have been paying for a service through a company that no longer exists. I have tried all numbers from previous emails, the website and the app to no avail. This company is taking my money every month and I do not think they are even doing business anymore. I would like a refund of all of my payments. How many other people are being debited for this service that no longer exists??

    After purchasing the *************** plan from Priority Home Warranty of *****, *******, I am completely dissatisfied with their non-fulfillment of home warranty services for 4 claims that I have filed with the company.I first purchased the *************** plan under service contract ************** from Priority Home Warranty by making two installment payments of $210 on September 16, 2022 and October 20, 2022, respectively, in exchange to a full a service contract effective on 10/08/22 with a service contract term of 10/08/22 - 01/08/24 to protect a service address of ******************************************************* 48911.During my service contract, I filed one claim by phone for a faulty clothes dryer, paid a $50 fee and was promptly contacted by a technician who came out and repaired the dryer.After that, however, I have been unable to get a resolution to four separate claims that I have filed online in my online account with Priority Home warranty since then.claim 1: requesting a duct cleaning claim 2: hot water heater not working claim 3: kitchen sink not draining claim 4: a pvc pipe leak At this time, I am urgently needing to schedule a technician to visit and assess these problems, but the company's phone number has been inoperative over the last 7 days.Priority Home Warranty's website promises "Once a claim is filled you will be getting text confirmation as well as an email where you will be able to click on a link to track your claim live every step of the way."I have received no text message or email.I would like to be contacted immediately by this company to schedule repairs according to our service contract, primarily for the hot water heater not working and to drain our kitchen sink, as this is an emergency situation.

    We purchased a new Warranty with the said company on May 2022. When we tried to call and ask questions about our coverage the phone number is disconnected and no way to anyone. It looks like many disputes have been made and no resolution since September. We paid over $500 for a year contract. How else can this company be reported? Shame on you Priority you need to make this right.
