      Absolutely horrible company to have to deal with. We have been trying to get a mortgagee change for a client since August and they just aren't competent enough make the changes correctly. Once we had the correct information there was a premium increase and the new Dec page sent had the wrong Mortgagee on it again. We have called everyday and they just brush us off and say they will call us back and never do. Its costing my clients close to $1000 in lock extensions while we fight everyday just to try to get them to do their jobs.I pray no one that has coverage with them ever ever has to make a claim because they would probably never see a check. I am recommending my client get a new insurance company no matter the increase in cost.

      Its a pleasure to write to your company and give your agent ********************* the highest possible compliments. I was pretty sure I would have to stop driving at the current insurance cost that I had with UAIC. . ***** found FULL COVERAGE at a rate that I could easily keep driving. Being a Senior Citizen its important to find a company that recognizes your hard work and appreciates your fixed income. ***** did a lot of checking and he was not only knowledgeable but consistently kind and patient with me. We had to work through a few computer issues and he made sure everything was complete and locked in the rate today and also contacted the last company I was dealing with for a refund. If you want help JUST CALL *****! You won't be disappointed. Thank you again ***** and company! Sincerely, ******* FIVE STARS!

      I thought price gauging was illegal?! I make my payment two days late and my policy went up $240. I'm sick of this country, the politicians, the corporations, the lies, the deception. Even the BBB is a scam. What do you think they will do with my problem?

      I have made several calls to agent ******* regarding my auto policy and the snapshot device. I live in both ******* and **. and would not be able to install the device in my car in ** until October. He told me there would be no problem. When I started to receive emails threatening to cance and/or charge me a higher premium I began to call ******* many times. He never called me back. I had to call the main company to resolve my problem. They were understanding and compassionate to my needs. I am completely dissatisfied with ********* insuace ************************************************************ **.

      I'm happy to be the first to rate this company. I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer service I received when my first renewal payment was returned NSF. I immediately called and explained I was in process of changing funds from a bank to a credit union and apparently missed this account in the changeover. I was visibly upset that my car insurance was not paid on time and instead of hitting my account with a lot of fees that I really couldn't afford at this time, they graciously walked me through getting the correct payment made so that my car insurance didn't lapse.
