We signed a contract for new windows and doors with this company. They were late in applying for the permit which caused more than 3 weeks delay as they only applied once the windows arrived in their warehouse. then they applied for a window Structural engineer which wasn't the right thing to do, as a private Providor should have been taken On top of that they delivered windows we didn't ask, we specified that we wanted crosses inside the windows and they delivered with outside of the window. for this error on their part they will deduct $2500 because they made us order more expensive insulated windows which turns out to be not necessary, however i am still stuck with crosses on the exterior that I don't want All the windows are severely damaged and one window track needs to be replaced and 2 window panes need replacing and all the touch *** still need to be done but they conveniently scheduled this after the financing contract was due t expire now they have been pressuring us and trying to pressure us in all ways and shapes to get us to sign a completion form. This is not correct.now not only do we have windows that are damaged, not functioning and not what we asked for. we due to their lack of professionalism have no financing and if we need to reapply for financing and the interest has gone up, so because the contractor is bad we need to pay more money each month.
