  This insurance is a SCAM! I spoke to a **** ********** III regarding this plan and he set me up with an account and I asked him about the coverage, and he informed me that it would be $451.00 per month and a one-time enrollment fee of $99.00. I asked him numerous questions in regard to imaging, labs, Physician visits, prescriptions, etc...He assured me that I would pay the $451.00 per month and if I use an in-network provider (which I did) these types of services would be covered by this plan. I signed up on May 3rd and account was activated the next day. I ended up going to the *********** on May 5th and the physician ordered a CT scan looking for possible kidney stones, appendix, etc... I was charged $5,222.50 and they only paid $657.25 leaving me with a bill of $4,565.25. I would have never signed up for this if imaging and labs aren't covered. Ridiculous. I have no way of paying this debt. The hospital won't allow me to make small payments either. I have to pay $325 per month for 14 months now. This is devastating. I called **** back and was left on hold numerous times and then when I was finally able to talk to someone, they sent me to a different department which then didn't answer, just left on hold. I just received this bill a week ago. The clinic has been trying to get a hold of them to pay this bill. I ended up cancelling this insurance and was not even given a refund. I would think that after so many complaints they would be shut down. I have a record of every time I called them, who I talked to and what it was about. It would be nice if they would write this off as bad debt or pay the entire bill for not being honest. Most people don't have 5k lying around for bills that were supposed to be covered. They only covered 12%. What plan pays only 12% even if the out of pocket isn't met. Do NOT PURCHASE THIS PLAN.

  This company is a complete scam. Do your research because my wife bought us insurance with the understanding that we would be covered in our area and there were no doctors in the network in our area and we were told there would be. We wouldve had to travel over four hours to get a doctor and we dont even know if we could have. I repeat do not use this company without doing your due diligence they scammed us out of almost $4000

  Neo Ins contacted me immediately after searching for single coverage quotes online while being inundated with 50 calls, texts and emails. ******* spoke quickly explaining I didnt qualify for ******** after losing my job and without current coverage, now only making under $23K part time annually and in need of medical asap, no dental, no life insuranceThe first question What can you afford? Oh $200? I have a policy right here for $203. I asked will I be able to keep my PCP? Within secs told me I could maintain him after I gave his name. He didnt ask for spelling. SECOND RED FLAG. Then he told me he had to send my call to a verifier and to answer her call and just say yes this policy included a FREE $17,000 life insurance policy, dont respond no-just say yes THIRD RED FLAG. Of coarse each of my 3 prescription meds were approved after being placed on hold several times by my verifier who also thanked me multiple times for my patience as she was in training and awkwardly lied to me about no charge for insurance when she was explaining do you agree to the $64 monthly charge for life insurance and asking about beneficiary info! No addl explanation re **** needed to secure my policy after routing number supplied and card charged $139 for member ID and additional $50 for wellprotection enrollment fee, assuming this is my free $17K life insurance policy. So shady, taking full advantage of vulnerable people who feel cornered to rely on this ridiculous affordable insurance plans scheme that educated people are being scammed daily while desperate to get medical insur! Im so disgusted, Im reaching out to ********************* ****** with a defined letter of my 15 min conversation and help put an end to these scam artists taking advantage of vulnerable Americans reaching out for medical help. *********** Crap! sift through all the schemers out there! Learn from me! DO NOT press Free Quote!!! You will regret it!!!!

  I called to receive insurance after my current insurance ran out. I went through two reps who looked for options for my family. The **************** signed us up for a nationwide PPO plan that DID NOT WORK IN OUR STATE. So we were charged over $800 for a plan we cannot use AT ALL. We were very specific about the state we lived in and that we needed the insurance to work at our pediatricians office and our local clinic, we gave ***** the addresses and he "checked" saying that they were both in our network. Clearly the only thing he had in mind was locking in the sale. When I called in to check our benefits (the login page to Secure Health Shield is bare bones and does not show you the package info) ***** was able to tell me that our plan was not going to work for us and he refunded our money. But now my wife has a potentially broken finger and we are without health insurance.

  I called for insurance, it is expensive and you cannot get it to actually cover medicines in my area, called my pcp and she said they do not accept this insurance, called 3 times in one day to talk to someone, on hold for 15 minutes each time, finally hung up and when I did get someone he was rather nasty and asking all kind of questions that I felt he had no right to do, He gave me address to cancel it and had problems with it, to me this is worthless insurance and a type of scam.

  I called to get my husband insurance and it ended up being over $300 a month well come to find out when I canceled the insurance that the main part of it that was so expensive was what neo insurance was charging us every single month $139. If I would have known the insurance was really all together only 90 something dollars a month I would have kept the insurance but I couldn't afford all of the rest of that that they charged us and nobody ever told me that I was just paying this company for nothing I didn't know that they set this up I didn't know I just called to set up insurance and they have been charging us a monthly fee for absolutely nothing I am trying to call and cancel I can't get through to anybody I've emailed and they keep charging my account. All the doctors that my husband has went to have not been paid we have paid everything out of pocket that we could all of his prescriptions so it was useless and worthless insurance and these people took that much money out every single month for absolutely nothing they were no part of our insurance it's a scam

  Purchased an insurance policy thru their agent, The Agent made me tell him all the prescriptions we had and stated that they were all cover under the Prescription Plan. This wasnt a Prescription Plan but a Discount Plan and the #1 medicine that he stated was covered wasn't. I had to pay $485.00 to receive this medicine. I filed a complaint with **************** and they areNEO fighting me on this. Their agent as a representitive of this company is selling fraudulet policies!

  They are horrible! They misrepresent benefits in every way possible. I faithfully paid my premiums through 2023; have different insurance for 2024. I am just learning, in May 2024, NEO didn't pay numerous providers or process claims from 2023, and I am now being billed by the providers

  Guy promised me that you could cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. Told me it was the LAW. Straight up lied and took my money when i canceled because i was nervous that it was a scam, which it turned out to be. Dont purchase.
