              Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Aeropost for their failure to deliver over 80 packages that I have paid for. This has caused me significant financial loss, mental anguish, and a great deal of inconvenience.I have been doing business with Aeropost for some time now and have had them send me over 80 packages. However, they have failed to deliver any of these packages to me despite repeated attempts to get them to do so. They have given me the runaround from location to location, costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars in travel expenses, and my employees have been running around town for paperwork, yet we have still not received our packages.Aeropost has repeatedly asked for more and more money, with no intent of delivering my packages. It has been over a year now since I paid for these packages and I have yet to receive any of them. This has caused me significant financial hardship as I have already paid for these products and have not been able to enjoy the products . I have lost a significant amount of money as a result of Aeropost's failure to deliver my packages.I have tried to resolve this issue with Aeropost directly, but they have been unresponsive and uncooperative. I am now turning to the Better Business Bureau to help me resolve this matter and to hold Aeropost accountable for their actions.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I have all the necessary documentation to support my claim and I am available to provide any further information or clarification that you may require.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

              This is the single worst service in all of ***************. They will send out emails saying your package has arrived and then when you get to the office, tell you it is not there.Not only that, they will do it several times in a row. Ultimately you'll be lucky if you EVER see your package. The few packages I had gotten in the past were tampered with, damaged, had parts missing, or, in my most recent case...non-existent according to them. And it's always some high $$ item or a debit/credit card (in this case, sent 3 times).I'm very convinced this organization is run by a crime syndicate and have little to do with shipping anything. Furthermore if you dare to complain they just shut the door on you and any demands you make are responded with "That's never going to happen".Well, I guess they were right. But, I can at least do this and warn others and hinder their business. DO NOT use this service. Find a friend to mule your items in or just wait for ****** DHL, and *** to get up to speed down here. This place was a dumpster-fire in my experience and will never ever deserve any (fourth?) chance. ******* office in **********. I hope they fire everyone there and fumigate it too.
