    On 12/29/22 I bought a one month membership for $9.95. Whenever I logged in I got an ad saying "Upgrade for only $17/month" this ad required a response before proceeding. Eventually I clicked on the prompt and had an option to purchase a six month membership for $99.95 that would include the option to download files. I selected this option and was charged. However I soon found that my membership had NOT been upgraded to include downloads and that the only "upgrade" was that now I was paying $17 for the same membership with a six month commitment. I contacted customer support and requested that I get a refund and that my original 1 month membership be restored but was refused. Eventually they asked for screen shots to prove these ads were misleading but now when I logged in the ads had been removed.
