    On Saturday, February 15, 2025 I placed an order, Order #***********, for 2 items. One item was received. I never received the 2nd item. I have contacted this business over 8 times asking for my other item to be sent to me. I receive an automated response that they will get my request to the correct department, and I have never heard anything else. I have tried to call the telephone number I found and I can never get any answer. I liked the item I did receive and would like to have the other item I ordered, but if I can not get my item I would like to be reimbursed for the $49.99 for the "To My Daddy, I Can Hear You - Men's Black Bracelet Gift Set"

    I placed the order on November 7th for $159.99 and expected to receive a necklace before Christmas for my daughter. I emailed them and asked for an update or shipped information to wich i was ignored until the 26th of December. Jan 1 they finally responded with a we cannot refund you're order because it's already been processed witch I belive to be a lie. If it where processed prior to Jan 1st it would have been here by now. We do not live in the midevil times it does not take 3 months to ship a necklace from ******* to *******. I believe this company is scamming people of their money.

    I ordered on Dec 7 and Oder was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. We never received the order. I reached out to the company several times with no response. I informed my credit card and the company reached out saying because there was a charge back nothing could be done. Aphrodite then provided false shipping information to my credit card in an attempt to secure the funds. They said the order was delivered on 01/15/25. This was not the case and **** is investigating.

    Same issue as a lot of people. I placed an order on 12/23/24. The order has still not shipped and no one is responding to my inquiries. Unacceptable.

    I ordered a necklace for a Christmas gift on December 2 and still havent received it on January 6. I have sent emails with no response. Such a scam.

    I had ordered a necklace from ************* on 11/25, contacted customer service and they refused to issue a refund on my order that doesnt have any shipping updates since 11/26 with pre-shipment. Here it is 12/27 without any new updates and no package received!

    Bought two necklaces from their website. Paid for 1-3 day shipping. Two weeks later it just waiting no label created.

    I placed order with ************************** on November 8th received email on November 9th saying order is on its way. Today is November 25 and it still says **** awaiting item. This was a birthday gift for my daughters 18th birthday which is now passed. I've sent several emails with no response. At this point I feel like I'm being conned out of my money. I feel like this company aphrodite's is a fraudulent company and needs to be held accountable.

    I placed an order for some gifts on 11/12. The website says items ship in the US within 5 business days. I don't have/didn't receive a tracking email and the company cant or won't tell me where my items are.

    I ordered 2 sets of tree of life necklaces on April 9th and 12th of 2024 from Aphrodite's Jewelry. I received two confirmation emails but never received orders. Both orders I used my debit card s total of ***** but never received.
