      I ordered 2 sets of tree of life necklaces on April 9th and 12th of 2024 from Aphrodite's Jewelry. I received two confirmation emails but never received orders. Both orders I used my debit card s total of ***** but never received.

      I have 2 orders with them, # ********** and *********** they were placed on August 7th, 2023. I never received my 2 orders. I have contacted them with no response. I ordered from them before, with no problems, but now I feel I'm getting conned out of my money, which infuriates me. I called them again about 10 minutes ago, but the phone was dead, so I emailed them to see if there was going to be any response. So far there has been no response. It looks like I am losing my almost $ ***** order. Why is nobody doing anything about this, their website is still up and running and most likely there will be more complaints from this bogus company.

      I ordered an anklet on July 20, 2023. I got an update stating the label had been generated, but I never got a tracking number. My bank card was charged for the anklet, but I never received it. I sent multiple emails, tried to call the phone number on the website and also tried to contact them through Instagram with no response. I really would like to receive the anklet or receive my money back.

      I placed an order with Aphrodite's on 7/21/2023. The order # on the confirmation text I received is *************. The order number on the Shop app is # ***********. The total was $53.49. It has been 17 days since the order was placed and the order still shows as not being shipped. I have sent several emails and have gotten no response.This was my second order with *********, and I had a great experience with the first order. I am very disappointed with this second experience, however, because the customer service is completely lacking. I understand if there had been an issue - things happen - but I need someone to communicate with me and let me know what is going on. The items I ordered are gifts and I would hate to not have them in time. Please, have someone contact me and let me know if I am ever going to get what I ordered, and when. If it's something that can't be fulfilled for whatever reason, I need to know so that I can arrange for a refund and make other arrangements for the gifts I need to make.

      I ordered 7 bracelets from Aphrodites 2 weeks ago, they got paid from Klarna 174 dollars. I have sent them several emails, they have not responded and I have not received my order.

      On April 19, 2023, I spent $30 was charged to my credit card for buy one get two free love language necklaces, it is now May 10, I never received my necklaces, there is no phone number that has a working phone number to contact the business all of their phone numbers are disconnected. The response I get from **************** is a generic response, telling me they will look into it. They took my money I never got my necklaces at all, I feel they are scamming me and it is impossible to talk to a live person. I want my money back and they should be held accountable for fraud.

      I am rejecting this response because according to you, my 3 necklaces supposedly had a shipping label 'prepared' at 6:30 pm on May 4, 2023 in *****************, HOWEVER, This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date. 

      Again, I paid your company back on APRIL 19  for the necklaces, and it has been nearly a MONTH and I have received NOTHING. I want to be refunded immediately. This is unacceptable business practices, and it is gross that your company does not have a working telephone number to address customer questions/issues. I regret doing ********************** with your company, as it it has been nothing but stressful and unfulfilling. Aphrodites does not value customer satisfaction, they are scammers and only care about making a dollar, Aphrodites does not care about the customer's best interests at heart.  I just want refunded, I do not want to wait another MONTH or TWO for the items, this is completely ridiculous and I am very disappointed and upset.

      I ordered a necklace on February 28th Was told that the merchandise was delivered on March 4th. But unfortunately it was delivered to a different address. I was contacted by the person who received my order via ******** and was told that they returned to sender.I have explained this in all the emails.,but they keep saying it was sent out and I keep telling them I didn't receive it.I wish there was a phone number that I can speak to a real person to make them understand I bought this for my granddaughter for her baby shower.Also I have tried to call the phone number ************** and nothing happens I hope you can help resolve this ..

      I have attached file for the shipping address we have on file and the tracking number ******************************************************************************************** item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 8:36 am on March 4, 2023 in RIVERSIDE, ** 02915.
      The tracking showed delivered in ********************. 

      We can reship the package since the customer is saying that it was delivered to a different address and they sent it back to us but we did not receive any return package.

      I ordered an engraved necklace around 12/15/22. I received the necklace around 12/20/22 however it was not engraved. I paid $50.00 for the necklace. There are two baby feet hanging on the necklace the top was suppose to have an L and the bottom was suppose to have an A. I sent them an email on 12/27/22 explaining the situation and they responded saying they would correct the problem with a new necklace with the correct engraving. I have sent approximately 10 emails to them some they reply to saying the same thing "we will correct the problem and send you a new necklace" but they never do. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law and it's now March and she has no necklace.

      As you may recall, the initial order did not have any indication of the engraving selected and was shipped out without the engraving so that it would arrive in time for Christmas. Since then, we have been communicating with you to send back the item you received so that we can engrave it and ship it back to you as per your original order.
      We understand that you may be frustrated with the ongoing issue, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve the situation. We have offered to send a return label free of charge and reship the item out to you with expedited shipping. However, we cannot simply ship another item without receiving the original item back first.
      We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but we need the item back in order to engrave it and send it back to you as per your original request. We understand that you may have sentimental attachment to the item and would like to keep it, but we would appreciate it if you could return the necklace to us so that we can make the necessary changes and send it back to you as soon as possible.
      We want to assure you that we value your business and are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you with this matter.

      I purchased the item 12/7/2022 in order to give it as a Christmas gift. The item didn't arrive until 12/30/2022. I had requested a refund on 12/26/2022. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to even get them to acknowledge me and send me a return label. I sent the item back and it was received on 1/9/2023. I still have not received a refund. The company ceased email communications with me on 1/25/2023

      I am rejecting this response because: I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because this merchant refused to issue a refund at first. As soon as I disputed the charge they sent me a return label, and I returned the item. They did not contact me regarding a refund after receiving the item and they had plenty of time to do so. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company again because this merchant would not communicate with me regarding a refund. I will keep this BBB complaint open until I receive the refund I have been asking for since December 26, 2022. If I have to get it through my credit card company that is the way I will do it, but this merchant is not off the hook until I receive a refund and they don't dispute my claim. I have returned the item and they owe me a refund.

      Ordered a necklace on Feb. 8th for my wife as it is her first Valentines Day as a mother.My transaction was cancelled (and refunded) seemingly because I pointed out that the delivery dates were misrepresented on the receipt, to me. Despite their site saying orders to ****** could take 1-2 weeks in one location, and ***** days in another location on the site, the payment summary screen and subsequent receipt listed the delivery method as Free Delivery - 7 to 10 days so I continued with the purchase, knowing that it may arrive a few days late.The order had not been shipped by the 14th, so I sent an email requesting an update as the 10 days would be up by the 16th.After a brief correspondence, the business claims to be unable to fulfill the order because it is no longer Valentines, even though on Valentines day they told me they were doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and offered to refund the order if it was no longer needed. I stated that I would not be able to get the item elsewhere at this point and did not want to cancel my order.They did not get back to me until 12:10AM the day after this message was sent, when I received an email stating that the order was cancelled at my request. I replied stating that I had in fact NOT requested the refund and was told that the order could no longer be fulfilled as it was no longer Valentines, despite accepting the order in the first place, and the delivery address clearly being marked for ******.The phrase so it will not confuse customers like you also comes across as rude (to me at least) as it singles out customers like me which I took to mean customers who assume that a PROOF OF PURCHASE accurately reflects the transaction, which I think would be most customers. Suffice to say I will not be a repeat customer.Horrendous customer service.
