    Definitely was *******. I placed a order over a year ago and was given the run around. Communications was good at first but once I requested a refund communication was lost, and the website disappeared!

    This site is a scam. I ordered a pendant of a love one. This company took my money. I have never received the product. I have sent several emails inquiring about the product or even some time type of a response. I can't find a customer service number. Please don't purchase anything from this site. Buyers beware.

    They are bad so bad i will never ever order nothing from them again can we say lawsuit i still have all my emails and transcripts of the item i was supposed to have received it never came its been a year and i have reached out no response from them i even ask for a refund i still have the emails they promised to send back the guys name was **** i got that email to so im ready been ready to *** real bad ??

    This company took my money for a chain that ********* received and then they told me when I asked for a refund. I would get it. I never received my refund either. There's no way to get ahold of anyone except through an email. This company is a disgrace. They only get one star because I can't not pick any

    I ordered a custom chain from gemstone gods in January or February and they stopped responding to my emails even when bi called the number to their establishment the person acted like they couldnt hear me and Ive been leaving emails since April and no response on when I will get my product do not shop they will rip you off they told me 5 to 8 weeks and the last email I received from them was them telling me that my chain was in the finishing stage and I will be getting a tracking number soon but nothing else after that and I have been emailing them everyday asking them for at least a refund since they wont send me my product I think at this point they robbed me and they should be put out of business because I dont want this happening to anyone else and the only reason I even bought a chain is because my brother bought one and received his product I just either want my chain or my money at this point Ive waited well over 8 weeks for my package and they wont even email me back anymore these people are crooks and should be put out of business

    I ordered a personalized pendant and chain back in May2023...I reached out to Gemstone God no answer. I'm convinced I've been scammed. They don't deserve the 1 star

    I placed an order May 2023 and it is now October 2023 still no product delivered. I've sent several emails (no response). I've ordered several before and they had been delivered not sure what the issue is now. I would like a refund but I'm just going to take a loss and NEVER order from them again. DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR!!!!
