    I purchased the following item "******* Co. *************************** Cocktail Ring In 18Kt Gold With **** Cts Citrine" from TFJ Treasure Fine Jewelry (online) on 10/17/2023 for $2,900. This item was also listed on ***** nevertheless, I proceeded to purchase it directly from TFJ Treasure Fine Jewelry -online- located in *****, *******. Within the process I exchanged a few emails with the following two employees from this company: *************************** ********************* and ***************************** ******************** and ****************************************** The ring arrived to my house address on 10/20/2023. To my dismay, it was not the requested size nor it looked like in their ********** website. I requested a refund, to which they agreed -upon receiving their merchandise back. So, I went ahead and covered the shipping/handling and dropped the item off at ****** on 10/31/2023. The item made it back to the store on 11/01/2023 and these two agents confirmed its arrival on 11/03/2023 (their confirmation was issued via email response). I have requested a full refund and since then, these two agents nor the store has responded to any of my emails. No refund has been issued yet. I have contacted my bank and started a claim/investigation. I have also contacted **************************** and reported the incident and initiated a formal police investigation.

    Purchased a vintage 18k watch from *** on 3/22/2022.Watch was delivered to me on 3/31/2022.Notified *** on 4/1/2022 that I would be returning the watch.*** stopped responding to my emails. I returned the watch to *** and was delivered via ***** at *** office on 4/6/2022. Delivery was signed by his associate V.********. ***** tracking ************ *** policy is "We offer a 15 Days Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Please contact us to ***************************************** to notify us for any return or claim. Returns must be received within 15 days of receipt of the item and buyers are responsible for the safe return and all the returning shipping expenses.No refund has been given on the watch. I am owed $7,659.68 I have notified my credit card of this issue.The watch is now listed again on the *** website. As of today 7/5/2022 no refund received.All documentation, copies of deliveries, etc are available.
