LFB Consulting and ******************* were contracted and fully paid to install a residential fence at our home. They have failed to pull a permit and have refused to do the work due to a dispute between the installer and the company. **** ******* has failed to honor the agreement and does not return phone calls or texts.Business response

Contrary to what homeowner(***** ****) is claiming, we have been extremely patient in waiting for several months of delays from the association and construction of the pool. Now that these things are done, he wants the construction of the fence immediately. We finally have the permit and are ready to complete the project. We have kept in communication with him but he he does not want to continue the process after purchasing materials and installing part of the fence.Customer response

This is simply not true. The company and installer failed to complete the project. Numerous times they promised they would be there the next day and that the permit was in hand. They would not show up and would stop communicating all together. It was not until the police and my attorney got involved that they responded. The installer stopped coming to the house because he was not being paid by the company. NO permit was ever applied for. There was never an intent to complete the job.
I stated to ******************* that I only ask that they return $6,000 of the $10,400 that was charged/stolen. This would allow me to pay for the fence that was finally installed with a permit. The $4,400 difference would more than make up for the material cost.
