1 starPrices are good, but they process and ship very slowly. Once I finally got the parts, I was missing a $9.92 (of a $163 order) part. They wanted me to send them pictures of the package and its contents. I couldnt do that because I had already installed the rest of the parts and disposed of the shipping materials. Mind you, they took 5 days to respond to my inquiry. Since I couldnt produce the pics, they refused to work with me on the missing part.Review fromHannah M

I purchased a mower blade, afterwards I saw alot of negative about the company, I was worried about my choice to purchase from them. I am PLEASED to say I have made 2 separate orders and they were both delivered within 7-10 days of paying for them. I'm happy and would purchase from them againPower Mower Corp

Purchased an item over a month ago that showed in-stock on their website. Emailed them 2 weeks later, received a response in a week that the item was out of stock and would ship in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, no product and company no longer responds. Unable to file a claim on the payment at this point given I'm outside this window. This company should be shut down as it seems they have a pattern of stealing people's money.Power Mower Corp

I ordered two GENUINE KAWASAKI engine coils (P/N *****-****)parts from POWER MOWER SALES 11340 SW208TH Dr Miami FL 33189. I paid $63 each for genuine parts, when I could have paid $30 for knock-offs. When they arrived, there is no mention KAWASAKI on the packaging. I can't prove it, but I am highly suspicious that these coils are cheap Chinese knock-offs for the price of GENUINE KAWSAKI parts. Genuine Kawasaki parts come in Kawasaki marked packaging. I called vendor and they claim parts come directly from Kawasaki. After reading the voluminous bad reviews, I too recommend avoiding this company.Power Mower Corp

To Whom it May ***************** have reached out to the customer by phone in order to speak about this issue. We were only able to leave a voicemail message. We did however text and email the customer the packaging the part was in along with a copy of our invoice from Kawasaki for the item he purchased.

Rest assured that the parts that you received come directly to us from Kawasaki.
I have attached 3 items for your review.First the packaging the parts were in is in fact Kawasaki packaging. Secondly our invoice from ******** for the parts delivered to you.
We have been a Kawasaki Dealer in excellent standing for over 20 years and would never sell a cheap Chinese knock off as a Kawasaki part.
With regards to the "voluminous bad reviews" getting customers to leave good reviews is incredibly difficult.So difficult in fact that much larger companies than us spend a tremendous amount of money to get those good reviews.
I will say this we ship approximately 800 shipments daily, that is ****** thousand shipments a month. When that shipment volume is considered against the volume of bad reviews I think that we are doing a very good job for our customers.
We are here for you in the future if you need further assistance with your Outdoor Power Equipment needs.
I would hope that you consider going back to the BBB and revisiting the review you have posted. Either way we will be here if you need us.

1 starI found the number of the part you sent me on your website and when I called your CS number I reopened your website and found that the part number was changed. That part shown even then is obsolete according to your competitors that also show the wrong part you so diligently searched, found, and shipped to me. The good news is there may be some use for the part I returned to you but pardon me if I dont spend hours solving that ******. And, you are sure that no one changed the part number I ordered since the part I needed was obsolete. I also checked your competitor sites recently and found that same wrong part listed. 1 starI ordered a part with a part number. It took a couple of weeks to get it. Opened the box and it wasnt the right part. I called and sat on hold for over ************************************************* that I had to pay for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee for an item that was not what I ordered. To our customer Mr. **** and the ********************,
This transaction was not handled properly. The part transfer from the warehouse to the central distribution center never happened. Further the communication from the warehouse advising that there had been an issue with the shipment never took place. As a result our customer's order was not processed.
I can not speak about our customer being told by our *************************** that it would take a month for the shipment to arrive or that the part had been sold to another customer. Looking back at the recorded calls we were unable to find anything to that affect.
I called Mr. **** today and left a voice message with my cell phone number, the intention was to attempt to right the situation. However I have not heard back from him. Understanding his frustration with how the transaction was managed I can't blame him for being upset. Hoping that I will hear back from him in order to allow for us to speak and try to arrive at a resolution.
