      See below I paid in USD thru my credit card, MC a total amount of ******* SEK from Dec 2020 until May 2024. The purpose was to get a Green Card. (You can only get one thru a lottery. They dont have any saying in this).

      As previously explained to Ms. **** Greenlee ******, we have made it very clear from the start, that we do not guarantee a Green Card, no one can guarantee a Green Card.

      But we do assist with the steps involved and provide guidance, on our website this is stated very clear.

      I am rejecting this response because: They fail to see that they have not explained from the beginning what their so called services would cost. Every time after the salesman/handling person called and told me what to do, he told me I would have to pay a certain amount, like 4 or 5000 USD. Then he told me he would call again in a month or so to continue the process. I am sending some e-mails to show what they looked like. Back in 2020 and 2021 he wrote from ************************************. Later they had to change to .org instead of .com.

      After the next call I had to pay again and continously. +****** Swedish Crowns for advice that might come in handy only if you win the lottery! They have absolutely no use for all my private documentation I had to send on a regular basis. They have names for each step they take och charge accordingly but never told me about that from the beginning. I sometimes asked if the last payment would be the last and he replied yes. Then by the next call he charged me again and said now we have reached a new stepping stone that had to be paid as weill. This went on and on. Finally I had a document from the ********** that I could check my status, I think back in 2022. Since I didnt win then they said I would have to do the procedure over again and blaimed the backup situation of the Government and the pandemic. The whole process made you think that you had a special chance of winning the lottery since they provided you with services I never will have any use for. Only 1,25 % of applicants usually will be picked for interviews. And they think they are generous since they offer to pay you 1000 USD once you will go to pick up your green card. Since I never will be a winner, I never get even have that 1000 USD back. 

      I want a refund of at least ****** Swedish crowns or ***** USD.

      Unfortunately I got scammed by USAGCO (*******************).I agreed to a payment of USD2 500 over the phone today (gave my card details), which has already left my account. I have subsequently stopped my card. They contacted me (after I clicked a link on their website), saying they have secured a green card, and if I pay they will begin with the legal process. I subsequently requested a refund, at which point they became aggressive. Emails from:******************* <*********************>Photo USAGCO <****************>******************

      BBB Complaint Case #********:

      We have been trying to reach ************************* in order to speak with him directly, however he is not answering our phone calls.

      As explained, all the details about the services provided to ************************* since the moment he purchased our programs have already been sent to him in the past.

      As stated, we cannot cancel payments made for services that were already provided to the customer, keeping in mind that we have already processed the documents ************************* sent us after he made the payment.

      "Fees for the DV application process are paid to the U.S. Embassy or consulate cashier at the time of your scheduled appointment. The **** government will never ask you to send payment in advance by check, money order, or wire transfer." (Travel.State.Gov.).

      But I lost 2500 $ and my copy of passport was sent to some guy named *****************************. Besides, the transfer od money was sent to Tel a Viv (******)- is it possibile at all?

      USAGCO is not affiliated with the **** Government or any government agency. You can enter the **** Diversity Lottery for Free at www.state.gov Reproduction in whole or in part of this website is strictly prohibited" - we are not part of the government and the payments that were made and approved from his end were for the services we offer which as mentioned previously have already been rendered.

      Please keep in mind, because we are an international organization that works with clients worldwide, that means we have processors that are also located in different parts of the world whenever a payment is made.

      Is it normal and is it standard that somebody asking You to te 12 numbers of Your credit card and 3 numbers from back of the card to somebody who You don't know? Is it normal and is it standard that i receive invoice where there is no any information about bank account where this money gone? Is it standard and normal rule that on the invoice there no aby signature?
