    Prize grab is a total scam, I've looked at their winners and 95% of the winners win $10 gift cards (IF THAT!) Don't waste your time on it speaking from experience.

    I want to be unsubscribed. I have requested a multitude of times by email to unsubscribe. They reply that I am unsubscribed. Weeks then go by with texts arriving every day. I do not want their texts. I cant find a way to block the texts. Their identity #*****.

    Hello ****,

    As PrizeGrab instructs when you sign up for text messages from PrizeGrab, you can unsubscribe at any time by responding "STOP" or "unsubscribe" and you will be immediately removed.

    It appears you have not done this. However, we received your request to unsubscribe via email to PrizeGrab customer service August 18, 2024, and you were unsubscribed August 19, 2024. The telephone number that was unsubscribed is that same that you provided to BBB. You are no longer receiving text messages from PrizeGrab.

    ********* is a website where you can join for free and enter to win prizes. I have been playing ********* since 2017. In 6 years, I have won 3X but only $10 gift cards from Target and Amazon. Yet there are large monetary prizes given away every year supposedly as well as large and small gift items and other gift cards. I am questioning the legitimacy of *********. Wondering if all they ever giveaway are the small $10 gift cards & making up names for the larger prizes which may not even exist & actually be given away. You do get emails for advertising partners sweepstakes from *********. These emails ask for your address, birthdate, phone number, email address. I never enter these. I will not put my personal information out there. I am reaching out to the BBB to establish if ********* is a legitimate business. Is ********* really giving away large, medium, and ********** of ****************** Apple products, washers/dryers, TVs, etc. (Please see Prizegrab.com for full list of prizes) OR Are they simply giving away the $10 gift cards, making up fictious names for "winners" of larger prizes and using their website and advertising partners to gain access to people's personal information and data? If ********* is doing the later, they are scamming US citizens & should cease and desist immediately. Thank you.

    To H363137**3238313831H, I don&#**;t know if you can do anything about this but, I&#**;ve been having trouble with a sweepstakes names **********. I&#**;ve been playing for a few years and the only time I won anything it was after I complained to them. When you play for more then 3-4 mins. the system slows to a crawl and now for the last week they took the numbers off the prizes so you don&#**;t know if you did the prize or not. I&#**;ve sent a few e-mails to them and they still will not put them back on. One time they told me if I didn&#**;t like how they ran their sweeps I should go to other sweeps. I did and I won more on those than on **********. Thanking you I am ********, *******, **.

    I had an account with this company once before but it got deleted. I was a member of their website for several years and spent many hours entering contests on the website. After my account totally disappeared I contacted them and I think they said pretty much the same thing they are saying now which is they have no record of my account and I am not on any mailing lists with them. I just recently started getting emails again from this company and I was puzzled because I hadn't seen their emails in my inbox in a long time. I am pretty sure I started up a new account with them awhile back so that could be why I am getting the emails. But after talking with someone at their company they claim they have no record of an account with this email address and I am not on their mailing list. How can I not be on their mailing list and be getting emails from them???
