TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.I signed up for them with the very real expectation that it would take some time to start earning money. I had to use money from an investment to get started. I set my ad budget for $300 a month, I knew I had enough balance on my business CC to get me going for about 4 months on this budget. They told me that it would take 7 days to get my ads built and running but it took nearly a month. They maxed my card out in a week and a half! I would get notices of my card being charged $150+ nearly every day! At that point, I could not run the ads to get new leads because my CC would decline the payments. The leads I did have I would call, text, and email the leads that came, and all but MAYBE 1 would either never respond, bounce back or people who had no idea what I was talking about and had completely different names! The possible 1 seemed really ready to buy but would never respond to the houses I sent here or could never meet to discuss the buying process. After reaching out several times, she finally responded that she needed to repair a car and didn't want to buy anymore. When I emailed telling them that I wanted to cancel and explained all this to them, they offered no reason for the overcharge on the ads or any advice to help make it work better for me. Rather just said they would get everything turned off and ended. Which they did not do, I had to go in and do it after I saw a new charge on my CC. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Don't waste your time or money! I feel like I was robbed and it has caused more problems than it helped.Zale Media LLC

Would it be possible to send us an email with the screenshots of the ******** charges you are describing. We are not part of ********, but would like to further assist you with this issue. Our escalations team also sent an email reaching out to you a couple of months ago, but did not hear back. Is there a different email we should use?
I am really sorry to hear our services did not meet your expectations. ********** billing system does not go over the set monthly ad budget, but they do sometimes increase the charge amount and decrease the times you are billed within a month for client convenience. It is normally to go from being charged everyday to only once or twice a month. I would love to have our marketing team take a look and help ease your concerns though.

1 starI have been in this industry for 17 years. I have obviously been through the mortgage implosion of 08 and all that followed and yet this experience, is still by far the WORST, I have been through in my entire career. My one and only goal with this post is to simply save others from going through it. The fact that I can not leave 0 stars is bothersome to me. I have given up on the refund which they make sure is impossible to get. I just wish I had read the reviews prior to signing on. What this comes down to is two things. One, absolutely no communication whatsoever. They will call and text you 30 times while in the courting phase of the relationship. Once you pay it is as if the company went out of business. I called for three weeks straight trying to find out about my adds. No return call, no return text nor email. When I did finally get someone on the phone she told me, ready for this, "We are not a lead company." I explained as nicely as possible this is not what your sales rep ****** told me. Two, useless leads. I am a Broker in **********. I was getting leads for someone per year wanting to buy a home for 100k with a ************************************************* ****. When I asked to have the criteria fixed again it took another three weeks to get an answer. The answer was we missed your email and have made the change. All the while I am still paying for the c*** leads they are providing???This is the actual email from their rep:Hey ***********,?This is ##### with the **** Marketing Team!?Yes, our team was going through older emails when we came across your request.We sincerely apologize for the long delay and the lack of communication!If you have any other ad change/survey questions or requests, please let me know so that I can make it my priority to complete them for you.--To Your Success,#####Marketing Associate Please do not use this company unless you enjoy failure and disappointment.Review fromCharly D

Hello All, Just To Let You Know I Tried Zale Media As A **************** For Social Media Ads And They Are Terrible. I Thought Id Share My Experience So Non Of You Have To Go Through The Same Mistake I Made Choosing Them. They Offer You A One Time Fee For Lifetime Access But Ads Are Very Bad Quality, They Will Ruin ************* Ad Account With Restrictions Etc. lol Not Here To Vent But I Wouldnt Want Anyone To Try Them out And Get Burnt From Thousands Of Dollars! haha DONT USE Zale Media! If You Want To Waste Money Send It My Way Instead LOL. Iv Tried To Leave A Bad Review On Their Site But They Keep Deleting Them. For Whoever Is Asking Iv Spent Over $4000 In Ad Spend With No Results. 1 starTerrible and dishonest. Does not reply to emails or calls. Does not live up to expectations they promised. Promised to reach out and fix ads after a month or two, they do nothing. Waste of money and its sad their so desperate to take peoples money. I was hoping this would be one to try. I was wrong, do not *** them their beyond unprofessional.Review fromScott H

1 starStay away from Zale media. I saw their ad on FB and they said they would set up my account and sell me their platform for $1600 and then it was up to me to spend $300 a month over the course of five or six months, and if I did not close on one of the leads then I would get my money back. At first the leads were good, and I had even set some appointments, but after the time elapsed (I put the date in my calendar) I quit running the ads and I sent an email asking for my refund. It took about a month to get back to me, they set up a zoom call and tried to get me to reinvest money in ads and they refused the refund.They said I did not enter the calls or contacts in the platform. They said I did not follow up three times with each client. They said I spent $7 less than I should have in FB ads. 1. They have no training. They had a few videos. But I was not told every step I needed to jump through to get my money back or I would have. They hid all this in the fine print.2. You cannot get a hold of support. It is non-existent. 3. 1 starWHAT A SCAM! ?? #zalemedia is another one! BE CAREFUL!If you ever cross paths with this company offering real estate leads promising a bunch of closings and a MONEY BACK WARRANTY PROGRAM, Don't ever believe them.... ************ is a Scam and unfortunately, I learned my ****** wasting a lot of money with 0 closings after 6 months of trying whatever they ask you to do, and when I requested the money back, they just said, YOU DON'T QUALIFY for the money back, so I had to dispute the transaction with my bank and I explained to them that this company never disclosed the conditions for the money back, which by law they have to do it when they are making a promise in a sales presentation.At the end of the day, the best lead generator you may have is the referral from your past clients. It has worked for me until now and I will continue doing it that way. So many #Scammers today that they don't know what else to invent to sell you unrealistic dreams.Review fromJoshua M

1 starI signed up with Zale Media after being sold on a proprietary algorithm that strongly differentiates them from others in the space. I was shown reviews. I was shown numbers that allegedly show their average agents close 24 deals a year with this system.Zale Media doesn't work. They do the same c*** that any other company in the space does. You get the same very low quality ******** leads that any other company gives you. You get the same very low quality ******** leads that you can easily generate yourself. After careful thought, I'm not going to even test their cancellation policy. Others seem to suggest that they drag their feet on it. I'm not wasting any more of my time on this super cool premium system that is no different than anything else on the market. Even if I get a full refund including my ad spend, I don't have a refund of the time I've wasted. So instead, I'll shrug off this sunk cost, but certainly warn others to not waste their time.
