    I had a consultation call with ****************************************** scheduled July 31st at 8am Eastern but **************** didn't call me. His office then called and asked me to fill out more forms and reschedule. The new appointment was Aug. 8 at 10am Eastern but I didn't realize it was now on Doxy and ********** called the office but they didn't answer. Then I got a text that the appointment was moved forward 30 minutes. I then got on the proper platform for the appointment but **************** was not there. Then they charged me a no show fee of $100 and have since refused to answer my phone calls and only texted once to say I was charged for a no show. I explained everything as I'm writing here but they refuse to respond.

    Client had a virtual appointment scheduled on August 8, 2023 at 10 am EST. Client was notified multiple times about this appointment with via text and voice over the phone. Client also signed written forms as attached explaining the nature of the telehealth appointment. Client was completely unresponsive and was unable to be reached during the entire duration of the appointment. Client was called and texted multiple times but client was completely unreachable. Attached is also a document signed by the client stating that he acknowledges a $100 charge in case of a "NO-SHOW" to the appointment at the specified *********. It was only after a no-show fee was charged, the client started calling and harrassing us with multiple calls demanding a refund of the fee. Client did not respect the provider's time and we feel that this fee warrants as a compensation for the client's action.

    I am rejecting this response because the provider no showed on our original appointment not respecting my time. Also, the office refused to answer any of my phone calls or texts for days when I was trying to speak to someone about the charge.
