3 starsLove the BMW X5M50i I bought a year ago, however the warrantys i purchased were not placed into the BMW system. I had a tire blowout and was told then by the dealership near my home that they weren't put in it, I called that day 4 times and was disconnected every time. This past Thursday and Friday I called and left messages with a finance manager as they did not answer the phone, I have not received a call back, text, or even an email in response. I'm ery disappointed in the post purchase service and response from this company and if a response does not come soon I will be taking legal action. I expected more from this company.Review fromVane V

1 starService ********** didnt communicate to me in regards to a service that I did not authorize on my ***. They proceeded to do and complete a service that ended up costing me 1200$ without my consent. It is not fair everything should been asked and agreed upon. This is highly unacceptable. They should do better. Not pleased whatsoever.Review fromMathew R

1 starDO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE ELSE, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE UNORGANIZED JOKE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ONE BIT. As for my experience: I purchased a used Audi R8 from this dealership and my sales person was *******************. Much many shady sales people, they are your best friend until the deal is done, and then they go completely missing once they make their money. This place dropped the ball on many items and made things take much longer than needed. When I finally did receive the car from having it shipped, I realized it was missing floor mats. I contacted the salesperson who told me they had ordered floor mats for the car and would send them to me when they came in. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and, of course, they simply do not respond. I have made attempts to contact a manager at this place at least 5 different times, and they don't even bother returning a phone call or email. It is almost impossible to explain everything out on a review, BUT JUST TRUST ME, there are MANY dealerships, check the reviews of the others and STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT HAS BRAMAN IN THE NAME!!!Review fromGREG M

1 starSubject: ******************** and Quality of Work at Braman BMW, Miami on our 2013 328ic I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of work provided by Braman BMW in Miami. We purchased a 2013 *** 328i with ****** miles on it in 2021 and have since spent over $20,000 on service work at your dealership. This equates to a vehicle operating cost of about $1,000 per mile, which is exorbitant.Recently, we experienced issues with the passenger seatbelt and air conditioning, both of which were repaired by Braman less than two years ago. Upon taking the vehicle in for service, we were informed that the seatbelt mechanism was locked again and would cost $1,700 to fix, and we needed another air compressor, which would cost $3,500.Our extended warranty company, Maxcare, refused to cover these costs as they said we only had about $1,600 left on the coverage limit of the warranty, a limit of which we were previously unaware. Despite this, we asked Braman to repair the seatbelt due to safety concerns and decided to address the air conditioner issue later. After the warranty company agreed to pay for the seatbelt, Braman informed us that we would be responsible for a $350 diagnostic fee since we were not having all of the recommended work done. Even after requesting to speak to a manager, the fee was not waived.Over the last three years, we have paid Braman in excess of $20,000 for repairs, and the quality of work has been subpar, with issues recurring after short periods. The customer service has been abhorrent, and the refusal to waive the diagnostic fee was the final straw.Given these circumstances, I doubt we will ever purchase a *** again, and we will certainly never deal with Braman BMW Sales or Service again. We expected a higher standard of service and work quality from a reputed brand like ***.Review fromAndrii H

1 starSpent couple hours on the phone trying to reach online sales to confirm they have the ***** in stock, called store sales, was trying to pick it up at the store but the price is 50% for local pick up and they also confirmed its in stock. Ordered online, sent a few emeils with no response and 3 days later called for an update and found out they don't have it and noone even bother to read emeils and notify or change the order status on wedside. As the result my 2k miles tomorrow trip is messed up.Review fromMartin B

1 starI wanted to share my recent ordeal at Braman BMW, and it's safe to say it was a total mess. I found a ************* online, double-checked all the info with the sales guy, *********************, and even haggled a bit on the price. Little did I know, things were about to get seriously shady.Got to the dealership, talked through the Certified car perks with ****** again, and after a long 4-hour wait, I was ready to sign the papers. Just before I put pen to paper, I noticed a big problem the car was marked "AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY." This was the opposite of what ****** had assured me multiple times. Supposedly, it had ***** warranty and an extra year from Certification. When I pointed this out to the closer, they straight-up denied it. According to them, the car wasn't Certified, and there was no warranty. I called ******, and suddenly he's singing a different tune, confirming there's no warranty or Certification. The manager? Well, he dropped the bomb that if I wanted to certify the car, it would cost an extra $2,000 a complete 180 from our earlier talks.Feeling pretty ripped off, I decided to walk away. But the saga didn't end there. Days later, I see the same car still being advertised as a ************* on Braman's website. It's a classic bait-and-switch move, mixed with lies and shady tactics that make you question what's going on at Braman BMW.It's disappointing that a supposedly reputable dealership would pull this kind of stuff. My trust is shot, and I want to give others a heads up about the sketchy business happening at Braman BMW. If you value your time and money, stay away from this place it seems like they're all about tricks and not treating customers right.Review fromervin s

1 starI am very upset with the way I was treated with your company. I talked to *********************** on 11/25 and we finalized the price for a 2019 Rolls ******************* and then filled ************** to get financing. Then I was told that since I have too many cars they need my bank statements and tax return to get it done which I email to them the same day. After that I was never informed or contacted about the same and I kept waiting. My Credit was checked twice by Braman Motors and *** financial and nothing was accomplished. If you didnt want to sell the car to me then why was my credit checked and if there was any issue why was I not informed as maybe we could have traded in a car or bought it with more down payment or with all cash. A few days later I found a similar priced 2022 Bentley Flying Spur and it got financed with 15% down payment by **** of America in two hours. I am very disappointed that with the customer care service and unethical business practices by your company. You cannot insult or humiliate like this a client who desires to buy a quarter million dollar car from you. Just for instance yesterday I got a call from your office and when I called back I was told ***** will call back and then he texted me that he will call in few minutes which never happened. I wish I could talk to someone in your Management about this. Very Lousy experience !!!!!Review fromRonny M

1 starToday, I visited Braman, prompted by numerous letters from General Manager ********, asserting the need for my car in stock and promising a favorable deal. However, my experience today was far from satisfactory.Upon leasing in June 2021, I was assured by the sales rep and financing department that I could "exchange the vehicle about 6 months earlier without any fees" and upgrade within the loyalty program. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading.Firstly, I was quoted around $4000 to trade in earlier, contradicting the terms presented during the initial lease. This unexpected charge equates to approximately 6 months of payments.Secondly, the proposed monthly lease price for a higher-class vehicle was nearly 2.5 times my current payment, a ***** contrast to the promised the loyalty program.Braman's notion of loyalty is perplexing. I was offered the same series I have for an additional $400, requiring a $7000 down payment, which hardly qualifies as a favorable deal for a vehicle below $45,000.Moreover, the $4000 charge for returning the car before the 36 months feels like prepaying for the privilege of returning early, further highlighting the questionable practices at Braman. In conclusion, my experience has been disappointing, and the misleading practices I encountered reflect poorly on the general manager and the financing department. I am left with no choice but to wait until the 36-month ***** pay the disposition fee, and seek a more trustworthy alternative for my future automotive needs.Review fromVINCENZO D

1 starThey have terrible service. I took my car a BMW 128i because of an oil leak and for an oil change. they send a bill for almost $3000 that I paid online before I went to get my car. Once there I looked at the final bill that was $2500. I asked for explanation none that make sense was given to me, to me look more like fraud, however they stated that will reimburse for the difference. I will see. Another issue: most of the people working there they speak only spanish and very little english. I understand that we are in Miami but we are in America and the official language is english. ******** ** *********Review fromGabriela A

1 starI purchased a vehicle on 08/28/2023, surrendered a car same day. After over a month of purchase of new BMW vehicle and surrender of old vehicle, I received a letter from FLHSMV stating that my license will be suspended. A new plate was activated under my name by Braman Motors on surrendered car. When purchase was done, no paperwork of lease or buy off of surrendered car was provided to me. I have attempted to contact dealer manager multiple times without success, to acquire copy of paperwork needed to proof to FLHSMV that the car was surrendered and I plate is not actually mine. Needless to say that service and costumer service is very low at this Braman location.
